I’m always so happily surprised when I find your videos to remind me how to do stitches or to teach me for the first time. You do such an amazing eloquent and easy to follow method each and every time. Thank you so much for taking the time to share these videos with us.
Oh my goodness! I thought this was an older video I hadn't seen yet! but no this is brand new! the timing of this is so perfect because I'm making a temperature blanket next year for my first year of marriage, and one of the stitches is the Tunisian reverse Stitch, this is amazing, thank you so much Toni!!!
Same here! I expected this to be a year old or more but oh my gosh it was posted 1 hour ago!! I was JUST about to look up a random TLYC stitch because I needed inspo for a project, and it popped up in my recommended immediately! THANK YOU TLYC!!!!!
Toni, I was never interested in Tunisian Crochet until I watched one of your videos awhile ago. I recently watched another video and now this one. It’s amazing. I really am loving this Tunisian Crocheting. I’m still working on perfecting my regular crocheting. I am somewhat discouraged with a project I almost completed last night as it did not come out. I’m going to start all over because I love all you can create with crochet so I’m going to keep on practicing. I’m now going to add Tunisian crochet 🧶 thanks to you. ❤❤❤gayle
❤ Toni - Thank you for all you do. I absolutely love your Tunisian crochet tutorials. Just received your book in mail last night and posted this review where i bought from & hope it helps you sell a few more books: This book has excellent instructions. Everyone from beginners to experienced crochet enthusiasts are going to be impressed with educational value of this book. Lots of step by step pictures on how to do stitches from the basic setting up of base row to some more complicated stitches. Increasing and decreasing stitches in a row is also covered. There are, if I counted right, 19 project directions included. In one night I did swatch and then some and I just am learning Tunisian Crochet from her book and videos you can find on web. Author of book is an excellent instructor. I would highly recommend this purchase. I got the spiral bound version, so it will lay flat on it's own while trying to read instructions and look at pictures. To me it was worth spending a little more for spiral bound version. ❤
I just acquired a whole bunch of fluffy (6) yarn and wanted something thick for a blanket. I course I love Tunisian so this is the perfect stitch to use. Thank you so much.
You are such a wonderful teacher! I was so excited to see this new tutorial was up. Your instructions and demos are always very clear and easy to understand. So, Thank-you for sharing.
Yay! I’m excited to try this stitch! I love making my dish clothes using Tunisian crochet and I think this texture would work well for that. Thanks for a clear tutorial.
Wonderful video! I had the pleasure of taking class at Four Purls with you in Fl. and learned so much! The Third Street Shawl is a beautiful project and I can’t wait to wear it.
This is a lovely stitch! Your tutorials are always so clear! Thank you for being my greatest inspiration for a craft I learned in the 70s, when stitches were so limited! XXX 💜
Thank you so much for your videos. I have a Q regarding the Tunisian Reverse stitch. How do you do it if you are making something wider? The crochet hook is too short for say 71 stitches etc.? Suggestions? Again, thank you so much for your detail, clarity, and special tips from your experience. All are very much appreciated! Sincerely, Tess
Love this! thank you for sharing this new stitch. I'm excited to try it out. I do wish I was able to add it to my tunisian crochet playlist so I can go to it whenever but hey-ho what can you do :D x
Hi! Your videos are so well explained and can’t wait to try Tunisian crochet, I wanted to know which Tunisian crochet stitch you think takes the least yarn? Thanks ☺️
Hi, amazing! Do you happen to have a lesson changing colors with the reverse method? I am vision-impaired & searching tiny thumbnails on my cell phone isn't possible anymore, rather than being just lazy :)
I am wondering if this reverse stitch would suffer the same problem of rolling that the simple stitch suffers from. I’ve never been able to eliminate the roll over in Tunisian crochet.

Thanks Toni for teaching me a new Tunisian stitch.
At a glance it almost looks like knit garter stitch 🧶 Pretty neat❣️

Amazing! I tried tunisian crochet several times over the years and never really did much with it. Thanks to you, I am now "hooked" on it.

Very pretty !!! Love the colors !

I just love your videos. I was wondering if you have any Tunisian sock tutorials?
Very well explained. Thanks
Hi! Your videos are so well explained and can’t wait to try Tunisian crochet, I wanted to know which Tunisian crochet stitch you think takes the least yarn? Thanks ☺️
Oh I like that!!!
Toni, can you please tell me what yarn and the colors used in this tutorial. They are so beautiful. Thank you ❤❤gayle
Tony love your work and teaching style. Which brand of Tunisian hook are you using in this video
It’s the Sewrella interchangeable set
This is like back post stitch the difference is working with one loop and the front post working with one loop is simple stitch.
Hi, amazing! Do you happen to have a lesson changing colors with the reverse method? I am vision-impaired & searching tiny thumbnails on my cell phone isn't possible anymore, rather than being just lazy :)
I would love to see the back. The front looks like the back of the simple stitch.
Can I use size 6 yarn to make panels for an afghan? I have always used thinner yarn but want to try it.
Wow
How about doing something on double hooked needles and how you use them I know there is a way of doing it I just can't figure it out
I am wondering if this reverse stitch would suffer the same problem of rolling that the simple stitch suffers from. I’ve never been able to eliminate the roll over in Tunisian crochet.
What is the hook you are using please !
Do you do anything for lefties? I am left handed and trouble doing it right handed?
Hi! There's a Chrome plugin you can use to flip the video. It won't change the audio, though. www.mirrorthevideo.com/
How do you get the project to be flat. Mine rolls up like a roll. LITERALLY.... es demasiado difícil.
😍❤️👍...
