Robert, thanks for sharing! Liked it a lot. My parents were on a cruise to the North Cape about 2-3 weeks ago and they told me that they have visited an ice-bar there. So, I remembered that you were at an ice-bar there as well and I asked them if that ice-bar had a slide. Answer was yes!

Confession time: I've visited Helsinki at least a dozen times, yet I've never been to the Sibelius Monument. :P
All in all, I've enjoyed your Nordic videos very much. I've visited most of the places myself, some quite recently and some (like Nordkapp) the better part of 30 years ago, and watching your travels evoked quite a few memories. I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, soothing music and beautiful cinematography of your videos. I can also relate to not wanting to stand in line and avoiding places with tons of other tourists.
Also, you really should come back to Finland in the winter. It's really quite a different experience, especially in Lapland. Not sure I'd recommend an RV for that trip though...

Wow! Vau! Perfect end for your 10+ nordic videos. Sadly missed you and you missed nice places - hope that next time when you travel there are locals who can tell where to go and how things work. I have RVd from 1986 at Europe, looking my own big trip to states maybe 2040, then Australia. The RV which you had is almost perfect. You can drive it to city center, there is a lot of room (if you take another model) and you don’t need camping places - only the laundry is the reason to pay for parking.
The thing which you used at Sweden is not meant for clean clothings, it's for drying winter clothes...

Great video as always Robert. One thing that really strikes me is that all the areas are "without" the territorial "piss" markings from the urchins of society like in America...so called taggers. That part I will miss for sure in your "back in America" videos. Thanks again, and welcome back!
Well, graffiti are illegal. You only really see street art in places where the city has employed painters to make artworks on large empty walls etc. Finland also doesn't have the kind of gangs they do in America, instead the only people who can even be considered belonging to a gang are foreign criminals. In Finland society is based on honour and respect, so for example getting caught stealing would mean being labeled as a thief for the rest of your life, and once you lose your honour people _will_ find out and they'll look down their noses at you forever. It's a mentality that all the Nordic people have, I suspect it comes from the Norse culture (Vikings) from which all the modern Nordic cultures developed from. So basically nobody wants to be a criminal, because nobody wants to be known as having no honour.
Not that there aren't criminals, but they don't have gangs that would make those graffiti markings.

Swans particularly are sketchy, better steer clear of them. They can do serious harm.
