That was good. Didn’t know about the entitlement to the original condition rule. Won’t happen often but really good to have that little bit of info tucked away. Thanks 👍🏻
Çan you help me understand more about loose impediments. I believe when playing iron approach shots I can move twigs or leaves that interfere with my ball strike but you're saying I can't move sand from a putt if I'm off the green. What's the difference? Can I move twigs that are on my line?
A playing partner tapped down my marker not realising it wa as magnetic and walked away with it on his putter. I didn't realise but when I did I replaced the ball where I thought it had been. We all agreed and carried on. Was this the right thing to do? Thanks and love these videos as currently laid up with bad back
we had a new beginner member hit is ball on another green than the hole he was on.he didn't know that you get a free drop off the green..so hit played as it lie and made a big divot in the green..lol
Keep these coming. You cover many points that others don’t even think about teaching. And they are important and helpful points. Thanks, Hannah!
Thank you! Will do!

Glad it was helpful!
Again, another outstandingly informative video. Thank you both very much..
Our pleasure!
Excellent Hannah, you are fantastic at this and nice to see David Rishworth again.
David is great!
Love these, keep them coming !
Have learned so much from your past few videos
Awesome, thank you!
Great stuff, question though, what happens if an old hole plug is on your line that's not been put back in properly? Can you get relief ?
Yes you can repair it to flatten
Rules regarding loose impediments i think have changed, thought you could remove any impediment whether on or off the green?

Yes you can move twigs and leaves ect just not sand and soil.

Yes that was the right thing to do!
You did the right thing and a player should never touch another player's ball marker.
Can you mark balls with cookies?
Only bourbons. A custard cream is a 2 shot penalty.
Only for monster puts
Nice one. Quite subtle, but if you’re from the UK, you’ll get it.
Only if you share the pack with the guys your playing with
@@timward2131 I have played many rounds with muppets.
If you were off the green can you move leaves and twigs from your line
Yes
But under winter rules you could move your ball 6”, no nearer the hole, on the mowed grass around the green!
Yes correct 👍🏼
Enjoy the contents
Thanks!!
nice chip Hannah 👍
Thank you 😋

You are allowed use a wedge if your ball is on the correct green, as long as you repair the divot.
For the shot on the fringe. If you ‘accidentally’ stepped in your own line of the ball flattening any sand/soil would that be a penalty? 😬
Yes 🤣
@@nationalclubgolfer damn! Guess I’m chipping then 😁
Isn't officially putting when you're on the fringe.
Is he incredibly tall or is she teeny tiny?
I think it is a combination of the two 🤣🤣
