I found your channel 2 months back and since then have seen all your videos and have re-seen many of the tutorials multiple times...one of the best jump rope tutorials on UA-cam! The calm and composed voice of Tim and the enthusiasm and radiant smile of Shana and the lucidly broken down tutorials is a super combo! Thanks again for the great tutorials! 🙏🙏👌👌👍👍PL do keep it coming.
I can totally recommend the video coaching. ;) And I have enjoyed this video. Great tips for progressing. It is always good to know what your goals are. I feel that I am more the endurance type of jumper but as I am just at the beginning of my jump rope journey, who knows. Never say never. However, I have never been good at dancing ... :D
Learning how to jump and land..... I'm on day 23 of a 30 day jump rope challenge, and I'm still trying to perfect jumping/landing, so that I'm not tripping over the rope so much🤦🏾♀️
Hi, your tutorial is amazing. but i have a problem and i cant overcome it for a long time. i can make basic jump and boxer, but cant gain speed; trained them so far without rope, everything is ok, coordination is ok.. when i comes to holding a rope, everything sucks and i'm going back to this double jump thing again at a nearly 1 jump/sec pace. i started to think that i never gonna have this skill.. can you give me some suggestions?
Thanks Maya! Are you practicing without the rope? How about swinging the rope to the side while jumping? What type of rope are you using? At this stage you'll probably do better with a heavier rope.

I JUST posted my month long jump rope challenge so I know first hand that this wasn’t easy 😭 love the results and keep up the good work! 💪🏽
Congrats on creating the challenge. That's awesome!
What was your challenge? Minutes per day or skips per day?

Joyce, that’s awesome. It all starts with jumping and landing and then you can progress from there. First things first.

@@PunkRopeNYC I ve never tried swinging, but im gonna try it tomorrow with swinging.i have a crossfit type thin rope and a old heavy guitar cable :D
@@elifnurozel7873 let us know how you do. remember, it's just one swing for one jump and no double bounce :-)
