Delpo did not have the strongest forehand but the strongest groundstrokes in general before he got injured in both wrists which was a pity. But at least he got a better slice because of it which was not a bad thing. Pity for all his injuries though
Serve is different and forehand is different, for serve the momentum, direction and hand position is quite difficult than the well set forehand shot, so u just can't compare those, if ur arm is muscular with minimal techniques u can crush it!
That forehand has not faded one bit. Still cracking it years later.
Delpo: I have the strongest forehand ever
Gonzalez: Hold my Chile

@@reysolgaming Who had the strongest forehand ever?
@@reysolgaming What's the difference between forehand and groundstrokes?
@@lukewilson624 forehand is only the drive shot and groundstrokes take into account both drive and backhand shots as whole
what a comment, bravo
His forehand will still make Alcaraz and Sinner a run for their money.
That crack when the racket touch the ball I got goosebumps. 😍😍😍😍😍
Wow, old man Gonzo can still crush it
funny how he is aging FAST since out of the tour he was only 35 here though :O
Bahahah the forehand was faster than the serve! Gonzo still got it!
That looks like it felt so good! #cleanhit
Del Potro vs Gonzalez for a battle of the powerful forehand
The guy remains an amazing talent.
The next gen has arrived;)
Strength is the last to go. Don’t act surprised people.
The line judge with the reactions of a turtle.
wait i thought he was really calm but fast too??
@@seankeegan4468 yeah no idea what they’re on about
Good, good
That is not a racket; that's a baseball bat!
Ridiculous technique on his forehand and he's still got it in his arsenal even in retirement.
Good, good.
notice how the forehand was faster than the serve

Quién es Delpo? nadie. Como comparas la derecha de González con la de ese tipo. Un argento seguro....
Nice
It hit the frame though
COME ON
Lol 2 of the 3 biggest forehands of all time are from guys called Nando
Meh. Looks like a standard forehand hit hard and it hit the mark. If that’s special at that level...? 🤷🏽♂️
He has been retired for about 10 years, and still hits it like that
Seen better
