Love fuji I’ve been shooting with my xt3 for a while now and looking to upgrade to xt4 for the ibis and battery life. An absolute joy of a camera every time I pick it up. Most of the time I’m in eterna and the footage looks incredible.

Fujifilm tempted me for a while. I have a Sony A7III, and I’m done with 8-bit grading. But the internal codecs of the A7SIII does it all for me. All-I 10-bit 4:2:2 in all framerates.
I’d still get a Fujifilm X100T/F/V purely for street photography though :)

I have an a6400, and was considering the a6600, but the fuji x-t4 was just too good not to purchase. I still have the a6400 because I have so many e-mount lenses, but the fuji xt4 in my opinion is way better than sony color. Fuji xt4 is the best apsc camera currently on the market, excluding auto focus; I don't shoot sports so it's not big deal for me.
4k 60 has no crop, except when you want to film sports etc. It is a menu item which you cab switch on or off. Took some time for me to find it

Zach, did you happen to have any exposure stepping issues while zooming with Fuji lenses in video? I’ve heard of this problem and is one of the only things keeping me from this camera/system.
Sorry that this is super, super late, but that’s an issue that I also had and I think I solved. Sometimes the fuji lenses have different maximum fstops at how open they can be at the start and end of a zoom lens, so the stop may shift when zooming in and out based on this, but if you start at a stop where the lens’ length won’t be affected by this there won’t be an issue. It can be a pain, but it honestly isn’t that bad once you know what each lens is capable of at each focal length you use it at.
You should buy a Metabones speed booster.

About the IBIS, yeah its thrash but, it's a little bit more usefull than mentioned: i believe it's really good and realiable for static shoots (tripod simulator).

I'm a beginning filmmaker and am watching this but I dont understand why he would need to get the adapter and this lens when the camera usually comes with the one lens can you tell me what's the difference lol I'm sorry but this would really help me out
@@squarehead3964 Fuji doesn’t have a f/1.8 zoom range of 18-35mm which is super nice. So, we do it ourselves

Great review. 4k 60 is beautiful only downside is it ends up being a similar crop as the EOS R, something everyone has criticised for the last 2 years. Just a thought.

Apologies if you have already answered this but what lens should i get (you must get this question all the time), i can probably get 2/3 lenses. I do street/travel photography and also filming such as property tours and product videos. I was thinking of 50mm, 35mm and 23mm prime lenses? What do you think?

Is it worth it the switch from the 18-55mm fuji lens to the fringer + sigma 18-35? Which lenses do also work good with the adapter? I also need a ~50mm lens

Can you specify what issues? I'm debating t3 or t4 and at this price range not in the mood to be disappointed! I'm currently using SL2 but want to add a mirrorless!

I got inspired watching this video. I had a demo of xt4 but found some overheating signs. Could you please tell us if u have observed or experienced overheating? I am mainly going to shoot videos so want to know if this camera will be usable.
Sadly I have a lot of artifacts in my X-T4s 200mbit long-GOP footage (everything from encoding wrong blocks to aliasing/jagged edges) ALL-I 400 mbit reduces it a lot

Outta Curiosity, what are your thoughts on the Bmpcc6k or 4k vs Fuji Xt4 are they comparable? I'm looking into cameras and your videos with the sweet sweet fuji juice really sell me on the XT4!
bmpcc 6k has much more pleasing and natural colors. But is not as convenient.

Up to you, it's still useful in some situations and there are many more benefits the XT4 has over the XT3. Battery life, flip screen, screen quality are just a few that made the decision a no brainer for me
