This trial reminds me of the Laurie Bembeneck trial - Run Bambi Run - She was also framed.

No one should be deadlocked look at the facts stop being emotional use that facts before and make an educated judgement- facts speak for those that cannot. Remember that.

Someone, or multiple someone's fear retaliation and after witnessing the behavior of every single state agent involved I can't say I blame them.

the inherent danger in forcing a hung jury to continue deliberations is that jurors may change their vote simply because they want to go home.

Clearly not. A jury is unable to come to any decisive conclusion despite pouring over everything presented for days now. 3+ days. They’re trying to tell the judge and court that they cannot call it. The judge needs to acknowledge they’ve done a fanatic job going over everything and even asking for further guidance over certain material. The trial itself was problematic with the state failing to provide any relevant evidence that would convince of the charges presented, but witnessed more of a theatrical who’s who of Canton having any beef or personal issues with Karen. It was a parade of “witnesses” with many showing suspicious desires to go after her for whatever reason. Not exactly witnessing anything pointing to what they want the public to believe. It did feel like an organized front with shared interests, or maybe even a common interest in protecting another from assuming guilt? We don’t even know what actually went down. Especially when another officer is part of this scheme. It feels like a lot of people concealing something and protecting an officer. That’s exactly what this feels like at this point.
Anyone that’s actually watched the trial day after day and heard the witnesses… I question how they can come to such BOLD conclusion as you. Even before a jury can….
