It'd be cool if pressing light attack at the right time during the heavy attack animation caused you to do a downward swipe that smoothly comboed into the normal grounded light attacks.
Beyblade attack would be cooler imo. Imagine it autotracking to like 3 different enemies and the animation is just you spinning throuh the air. Against bosses it just hits 3 times
WAIT. I just realised why Winter's Wrath (Warlock Stasis Super) doesn't consume energy on the wave attack that shatters. For bosses or whatever you just need to freeze once and then with the iceflare bolts aspects or other freezing means you can just keep shattering without consuming super to freeze the enemy. Mind that iceflare bolts has a cooldown after chaining 4 or 5 times iirc
It was never a problem. PVP players just cry the second they get killed by a hunter. It's pathetic. Titans have been the strongest PVP class for like 2 years.
@FlashesSoccer011 i doubt that's the reason. I assume it's more so people who are just bad against fast moving supers. So instead of them being able to just out run it they die to it and get salty is my best guess. Personally I hear a super and run at them to challenge it.
Bruh stop the cap. They are much faster with blinking. You cant outrun it and it has insane range. That maybe happens when your already far away from it. Smh.
@@dvb8637 your experience is different. For me every time I've run into the super is either just jumped over it or ran away from the player with little issue. Weather it was trials, comp, banner, or regular pvp. I've had no issue with the super when I came across it. When I died to it, it was usually cause I got blind sided, the other players played out the fight smartly, or they hit me directly with the knife so there was no escape.
I understand not buffing the damage on song of flame, as it was already great. I don't understand how you can buff other roaming supers 300% and then not buff song of flame though. It doesn't balance anything, it just makes every other roaming super objectively better than song of flame when you see how frequently you can use them in comparison. I will be shifting off of song of flame now, and I bet quite a few others will. Song og flame is good, but it's not use it 1/3 as often as storm trance good.
A nice buff for spectral bladed could be when they go invisible they release 3 volatile orbs similar to the Heartshadow heavy attack. They obviously need so buffs to entice using it but an extra mechanic could also be nice.
If I were to guess on the super melee damage: It could be because of the base melee buff titans got, some of that spaghetti code affected the super melee too. Just a guess
Kinda had a suspicion that nighthawk was going to be bugged when the charge time changes were announced... Cool that they are allowing us to mess with it in this state until december...
The reason that champion in the lost sector recieved more damage is because for the first few seconds after a champion is stunned, they recieve more damage from all sources. You stunned the unstop with suspend.
Did multiple different GMs with stormtrance and stormdancers brace for the memes and popped super about 15 times per GM. Fun while it lasts. Not optimal, but fun.
Honestly I was doing the vesper hosts with storm dancers brace and and I end it with 600 orbs and was popping a super every 30 seconds with a nice damage stack from the exotic
I think they need to spice up ballidorse again, I think it should add an additional effect when you shatter an enemy in the super. Like spawn a few crystals
Cross….Mantle of Battle Harmony + Bad Juju + an incandescent weapon + solar heavy + Daybreak = wow! It’s not just about damage output but how often you can get your super up.
Regarding Bladefury: The Barrier Champion on the moon only gets suspended. The other Champion you showed to have testet it on was an unstoppable, which gets stunned by beeing suspended. Tis different parameters
The increased damage to champs is all well and good, but if you don’t kill it almost immediately, I feel like the champs are still gonna go immune before you can kill them anyway
8:41 I prefer my super regen gold gun rather than more dmg for champs. It feels good knowing I'll be rewarded for doing the thing I'm all ready doing...which is dmg
I need to test if 90 RPS snipers can now 1-shot Storm's edge to the head. previously they'd leave it with a sliver of health which felt really bad, so hopefully you get rewarded for challenging supers with snipes. I think a big part of why people dislike storm's edge compared to other supers is that it can chase really effectively and kill from around corners, two things which a golden gun can't do. putting it to T1 might have been excessive though, T2 + the DR nerf feels like it would have been more reasonable, but as a storm's edge hater I'm not mourning it.
I got a Spirit of Galanor and Spirit of Star Eater class item for my Hunter from the Halloween event, and im super hyped to try it with the roaming supers 😂😂😂
I'd use a hammer of Sol on Prismatic IF SOL INVICTUS WAS ON IT?! Honestly, i would like to see a change to prismatic, where we keep one of each element but allow us to swap out the aspects from the different subclasses, but u can only have one from that element. Like swap consecration for Sol invictus. Unbreakable for offensive bulwark, etc... u get it. The subclass is literally about mastery of light and dark. Why can't I change out what i want but keep only one thing from each element subclass. This would also apply to other abilities, supers, melee, grenades, and aspects.
I really disliked the "buff titans" movement started by a bunch of content creators (looking at you, meesome). People kind of forgot that Titans dominated the game in every way since witch queen. In fact, the whole "muh two titans in salvation's edge" argument ignores that despite being like 15% of the playerbase, Titans were like 40% of the clears *before* the witness. The witness was just a boss that specifically favored a still hunt hunter + warlock support team comp. Then Prismatic released, and instead of "Wow hunters having both everything useful from Void and Arc at the same time with no downsides", we had "Titans are worse!! So they are bad!!". People forgot that Strand and Solar were still busted lol. Bungie unfortunately listens to its playerbase too much for balancing, and so titans were buffed back to being on top, and now they're getting MORE buffs. Can't believe that they called the prismatic grenade bad, when it's a room-wide suspend AND jolt, arguably better than the Warlock grenade for utility IMO I think that it's due to high end titan builds being genuinely kinda difficult to pilot in endgame content like GMs and day ones. People don't realize how strong these builds are. Titans must be better than the other classes so the average level player will do as well as the easier to pilot hunter and warlock builds.
Bruh, Titan got the super cool downs for Hammers, Bladefury and Glacial Quake, yet Song of Flame didn’t? Yeah that’s fair. Technically it behaves differently from other roaming supers because you don’t go into third person, but is it a single instance super? No. Do you roam around with your super? Yes. Therefore it’s a roaming super. Insult to injury, it shares the same 9:16 cool-down as the other roaming supers. Yes, it’s a very good super, I get that, but so is Bladefury, Hammers and especially Glacial Quake. Aside from Daybreak with Dawn Chorus, Song of Flame is Warlocks only good roaming super and Daybreak needs an entire Exotic to be good, plus it’s not a Prismatic super. You expect me to use Tickle Fingers or Winter’s Mild Irritation? Hell no. At least buff Preschooler Emperor Palpatine’s damage, Sunshot, a primary weapon does better ad clear than a literal Super.
You know I would use spectral blades if we had more options to build into that knife wielding void hunter idea. Give me a melee that isn't smoke bomb, like a void dagger strike that makes you invisible and does extra damage on backstabs or just while invis. I want more ability options. Solar hunter has 4 melee options. Void warlock has a whopping 1. also not to mention that since D1, every subclass had it's own unique grenades aswell as a few shared grenades. Now with subclass 3.0 every class get's all the grenades, but ever since stasis, we only ever got 1 grenade per class for the darkness subclasses, and darkness subclasses still need new supers to match the current setup of the light classes. I know Bungie is just sitting on a ton of ideas for that kind of stuff but they don't want to implement it yet because they want to add it in episodes in the future, or when the game starts dying they drip feed it to us so we want to play again. I want them to do like what they did with gathering storm where they just sort of dropped it out of nowhere.
I feel like the damage changes don’t matter on a lot of supers bc they can’t stun the champs in question. It matters on sentinel shield but that’s just bc it’s extending past champs. Also bungie please for the love of god buff volatile. It’s so far behind shatter scorch and jolt
Maybe the code for the non-power melee buff from a while back for titans got mixed up with the supers since they are all melee based attacks or something...
They took away its synergy, nerfed it's healing because it was supposed to be an offensive tool, then nerfed its damage stacking twice. Bungie will never stop fucking hunter melee builds up
@ yeah I have no idea why they keep nerfing combination blow, other abilities should be raised up to its level (or at least consider reverting nerfs since consecration exists)
@@gungfry7728combination blow wasn’t even all that crazy. It was mostly used in normal content and I never played with anyone in end game content that carried with combination blow, by far the most unnecessary nerfs

If any roaming super should have another attack it should be dawnblade man. Not being able to hit somebody with the sword is a robbery
As a console player i was confused about the storms edge nerfs. I find the super easy to counter/get away from and im not even a pvp player.
Still prefer song of flame especially since your teammates can get benefits from it
Curious question here: Why wasn't song of flame buffed as well? Isn't it a roaming super?
A nice buff for spectral bladed could be when they go invisible they release 3 volatile orbs similar to the Heartshadow heavy attack. They obviously need so buffs to entice using it but an extra mechanic could also be nice.
Appreciate the research and effort put into this great video!
Crown of tempest is my favorite exotic. All the tendons in my strike love the non stop arc buddies
11:00 Oooh looove my Only Bubble Titan 😍😍😍
If I were to guess on the super melee damage:
It could be because of the base melee buff titans got, some of that spaghetti code affected the super melee too.
Pretty funny, I just made a pure arc and void titan build last night, didn't test the void one but I'm forsure using it now lol
Was so happy when this buff happened cause my void build was made to keep me alive but now it can destroy champs and some bosses
DOOM FANG WILL GO CRAZY WITH THIS🔥🗣🔥🗣🔥🗣🔥🗣🔥🗣🗣🔥🔥🗣🗣🔥🗣
First thing I used after the patch, I flawless'd the gm very easily.
8:53 - Oh, absolutely the Nighthawk w/ Faster Charge. 90% of the time you're on GG in PvE you're using Nighthawk anyway.
Next question.
I think they need to spice up ballidorse again, I think it should add an additional effect when you shatter an enemy in the super. Like spawn a few crystals
This is a huge change and I love it. Great job bungie 😊
Cross….Mantle of Battle Harmony + Bad Juju + an incandescent weapon + solar heavy + Daybreak = wow! It’s not just about damage output but how often you can get your super up.
*Me looking at sentinel super I haven’t used in ages* you’re as beautiful as the day I lost you
Regarding Bladefury: The Barrier Champion on the moon only gets suspended. The other Champion you showed to have testet it on was an unstoppable, which gets stunned by beeing suspended. Tis different parameters
You forgot to test the striker Falling Heavy slam. It does more damage if you slam from a higher distance before hitting.
The increased damage to champs is all well and good, but if you don’t kill it almost immediately, I feel like the champs are still gonna go immune before you can kill them anyway
I’ve been loving arcstaff with radiant flux in a gm I generated 250 plus orbs
8:41 I prefer my super regen gold gun rather than more dmg for champs. It feels good knowing I'll be rewarded for doing the thing I'm all ready doing...which is dmg
i also found explosive payload perk make super gain quite fast.
As a hunter main who exclusively runs roaming supers this is a good change, but also gotta learn titan now because that is BUSTED😂😂😂😂😂😂
Okay, I’m back to playing Titan. I’m still upset at the “Precious Scars” change but I’ll take this buff.
To this day cross still doesnt know how to use winters wraith, crazy
Next season people will be asking for Titan nerf
no shit they’ve been absolutely dominant in every aspect of the game don’t nerf them but buff other classes
Can't believe that they called the prismatic grenade bad, when it's a room-wide suspend AND jolt, arguably better than the Warlock grenade for utility IMO
I think that it's due to high end titan builds being genuinely kinda difficult to pilot in endgame content like GMs and day ones. People don't realize how strong these builds are. Titans must be better than the other classes so the average level player will do as well as the easier to pilot hunter and warlock builds.
@@sirddays8162that's called power creep, titans trivialize the game when you have two brain cells, please keep the game challenging and fun...
Bungie need to buff Stormdancers brace so you only need like 3-5 kills to get the max damage. Raiden flux you only need 3 hits to get max benefit
This is definitely the best thing out of this whole act
This is crazy for a Titan main 🥹
Okay the Bannershield bug should probably go, but I’ll fight tooth and nail for anything that makes FOH do something worthwhile
But god forbid you get to keep broken Trench Barrel on your heavy burst shotgun
I feel like the damage changes don’t matter on a lot of supers bc they can’t stun the champs in question. It matters on sentinel shield but that’s just bc it’s extending past champs. Also bungie please for the love of god buff volatile. It’s so far behind shatter scorch and jolt
Warlock being shafted for what feels like the 20th time in a row
Titan talks with a few hunter clips😂
I'm working on something with Crown of Tempest and one of my favorites, Ex Diris
One bow shot grants a good chunk of super energy with celestial. Its sad that its going away
Maybe the code for the non-power melee buff from a while back for titans got mixed up with the supers since they are all melee based attacks or something...
Now we just need to have combination blow effect arc staff like the good old days…
Biggest takeaway: Use arc staff with raiden flux, that is all.
This is the BungLe i remember. Junior developers back at the helm, scuffing things up.
Doom Fang and Ursa Furiosa stocks boutta go up. TO THE MOON
Fr
Ursa also the neat thing where damage you block with Unbreakable with it equipped spawns orbs with no cooldown at all between orbs spawns.
So as all as you can keep unbreakable up,which is comically easy with the “damage blocked=grenade energy” change they made at the start of Revenant, you can print a illegal amount of orbs
@@incitossol I've been doing that. It was good last week where you can aggro a ton of enemies.
Finally my boy is strong again
Yoooo...... My Aegers Scepter build is gonna be stupid now....
Also, now my fellow Behemoths will now bring forth a new ice age.
Sweet Christmas 🙀
Blast Furnace w/ Kinetic Tremors is eating rn
Please test astrocyte verse with nova warp! Wanna see how much extra that's doing with the weakening
holy episode of the bugs
I gotchu with the crown of tempest build
Doomfang enjoyers finally eating good 🙏
Didnt "Way of the sharpshooter" have that perk that granted super energy on precision hits?
This bug feels like that perk on 10 different kinds of steroids.
Anyway, really enjoying arc staff with my orb printing build rn. Triple heavy handed melee build with liars and that multimach from banshee or long range with that echoes arc pulse wit flux. Good fun for once.
bungie should keep things as they are
Bungie - we aware that roaming super are now doing unintended increased damage we are bring them to there original values, yours truly.
Titan sentinel shield really need the buff... was probably the least us super for titan
Time to fucking really be captain america! DoomFang Pauldrons is about to be metaaaaahhhh!
I feel sorry for warlocks lol
Hunters got the storm edge nerfed but it was a boring super anyway
But still its the best time to mess around with hunter supers in general
Prismatic sentinel is unbelievably busted
I just made a build with this today. Using bad juju I can get my super in under a minute in onslaught.
Yo what was the build with thunderclap at the end???
No lie I noticed this shit during a nightfall the other day and I feel very justified.
Looks like they raised all titan super light melee to the stasis light melee.
You know what's funny is that the super has always been this good with synthoceps, but no one used it because everyone thought it was dog water
I watched the live. My man threw so much. The UA-cam (only) viewers will never know.
titan light attack damage might be linked with the non power melee buff?
