    1 cup basmati rice
    1½ cup coconut milk (400ml)
    Macadamia ½ cup
    Onion 140g (chopped)
    Carrot 75g (diced)
    Bell pepper 130g (diced)
    Coconut flakes ½ cup
    Vegetable oil ¼ cup
    Frozen green peas ½ cup
    Frozen sweet corn ½ cup
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Dried thyme ½ tsp
    Powdered garlic 1 tsp
    Chilli flakes 1 tsp
    Smokes paprika 2 tsp
    Salt and black pepper to taste
