- This is a super short sequence of my 5 favourite pregnancy yoga poses. You may want to do a short warm up on your own or just go straight into the poses.
If all you have is 10 minutes then this is the practice for you. :)
This is suitable for all trimesters, please use blocks and cushions if you are in your 2nd and 3rd trimester. This is NOT recommended for women who are experiencing any complications in their pregnancy. Always check with your doctor or prenatal care provider before beginning any exercise program.

Nice and easy yoga! Just started to do it. In my 1st month, wanted to ask will this also keep me fit during pregnancy??
The longer practices (between 20-40min) would definitely keep you fit. If you are only wanting to do shorter practices make sure you keep walking whenever you can to keep up your fitness. :)
Do these moves help to prep for an easy labor and delivery? I really like your videos. Can you make one just for making labor easier? Thank you!
Thanks for watching the channel. These are not specific to labour however all the yoga practice you do will help with giving birth! Especially work that strengthens the legs and encourages the hips to open/relax. I will keep that in mind for a video but probably won't get to it for at least 4-6 months at this stage - I'm sure you will be welcoming your little one by that stage :). Hope it all goes well. P

Is this yoga good for 14weeks pregnancy and all thru the second trimester?
Yes, all good :)
What abt who has fibroids of about 3.4 & 1.1 intramural and sub mucosa with 14+ weeks pregnancy, is this yoga moves ideal?
In which month we can do it....plg reply...i want to control fat during pregnancy..m in ist trimester..
You can do this anytime throughout your pregnancy - perhaps look at some of the other prenatal practices on the channel too, as there are some longer sequences that you might find useful :)
Can we do yoga in 15 days pregnancy too?
You can practice yoga through out most of your pregnancy unless you are directed by a doctor/physio to not practice for some reason. Hope that helps. :)
