Chicken Marinade:
300g (11oz) Chicken Breast
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoon Chinese Cooking Wine (Buy from Amazon.com: amzn.to/3o7XWac)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1 Teaspoon Pure Sesame OIl
350g (13oz) Broccoli
25g (1oz) Shredded Carrots
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger Minced
Brown Sauce:
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Dark Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon MSG (optional)
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Pure Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Cornflour +2 Tablespoons Water = Slurry
