    Chicken Marinade:
    300g (11oz) Chicken Breast
    3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
    1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
    2 Tablespoon Chinese Cooking Wine (Buy from Amazon.com: amzn.to/3o7XWac)
    1/4 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
    1 Teaspoon Pure Sesame OIl
    350g (13oz) Broccoli
    25g (1oz) Shredded Carrots
    2 Minced Garlic Cloves
    1 Inch Ginger Minced
    Brown Sauce:
    1/2 Cup Water
    2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
    2 Teaspoons Dark Soy Sauce
    1 Teaspoon MSG (optional)
    2 Teaspoons Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Pure Sesame Oil
    2 Tablespoons Cornflour +2 Tablespoons Water = Slurry

    💜💜💜👍👍👍👍.....nice looking dish,.....💜💜💜👍👍👍i use Brock stem. Peel the outer hard skin..and shred the Brock stem..for salad or in stir fry💜💜💜👍👍👍

    Great video. I'm amazed you can get your chicken seared in just 15 seconds, I can let mine sit there for a full minute at max heat and it will still come out pure white.
    When did you switch from the French chef's knife to the cai dao?

      Hello Enrajb, how’s it going? 😃 My wok is thin carbon steel and my flames can run quite hot fast. So I have to be careful with timing. I’ve always had the big knife 😃 I break it out occasional. Thanks for watching and commenting, take care!

      Hello Linda, you can add a bit more light soy sauce in the end. Just add a little bit at a time and taste until it’s tasty for you 😃
