  • Six months of life force retention has reinstated my relationship with my father. If you honor this faculty within you, that has come from your infinite lineage, your infinite ancestors, and push it into the world with masculine vigor -- it will change all your relationships for the better. The people who never thought much of you will look to you in a state of fascination. Retain your vital force, and do all you can to honor the best within you my friends. Greatness is coming for all of us.

When you take crazy action toward your goals, semen retention is so easy. Reason for this is when you keep that energy inside and you do nothing, the frequency of your semen and your destructive actions are not matched. Then what happens is that you either change every negative thing in your life, or you will waste your seed because seed is positive energy.
That is the reason why retention is so hard when you just sit there doing nothing

I’m now on day 20 (1 day before I tie my best streak) practicing Taoist Yoga & Alchemy which is the equivalent of Hindu Brahmacharya & all I want to do is become the biggest & richest entrepreneur over the next 10 years jus to prove myself to him . The resentment, the sadness the embarrassment.... I feel it to the core of my soul & my bones dawg . I want his respect so bad . I want to materialize my dreams so badly . Your videos are very inspiring . I can feel your veerya (hopefully I used the right term) thru the screen dawg G shit . Salute . I plan on going going at least 3 years doing this . AT LEAST

Thank you for posting this. I really resonated with that story about your relationship with your father. I feel like a constant disappointment/embarrassment because I’m not the perfect daughter who can get into medical school and I even graduated college with a biology degree I wasn’t even passionate about. I’ve lived my life chasing his approval and last year, there was a point when he wouldn’t even sit next to me let alone look at me. Our relationship now is slowly improving but I’m hoping through this journey I can improve my relationship just as you have. Thanks for being such an inspiration and telling your viewers that they are capable of achieving so much more than what the world provides.

Managing your sexual desire is a sort of skill. With this skill you can manage other part of your life like
Managing your stress full day( days are always tough)
    Managing your intense workout
    Managing your schedule for studies.
    Managing your Anxiety
    Managing your fear towards life
Managing your Anger when people around criticize you
Managing your depression levels when alone.

So well said. This is a goal for life... When been traveling on a wrong path for so many years though you are aware one day or another something gotta change (if you want to kill that feeling of being a looser, if you wanna fight that tendency to destroy whether good comes in your life cause you thought not to be worth), then one day you wake up and realize this is it... It's been laying in my head for too long : transmute your sexual energy on something more constructive for yourself and start digging up the potential you have in you. A long road but best investment

The spirit of young love and life within you, attracts the inner father image within me. I felt such a paternal urge early in this video, to embrace you, hold you and to reassure you. My father and I had a many decade estrangement, an then a reconciliation. For a moment there, watching your “son” emotions for “ approval”, I was you, and you were me. It was a unifying moment, and deeply felt.Thank you. By the way, “Raisin In The Sun”, is among my favorite reads, plays and films. 😎

Havent been huge changes, although I did start meditating at least an hour every day for the last two weeks. Little by little I can feel some growing anxiety or uneasiness but in a good way. A positive tension maybe you can call it. Its life energy asking to be used up and transmuted into something worthwhile. Im not doing enough with it and thats what its telling me. I'll take it though. Its better feeling that uneasiness than feeling apathetic.

On the same journey, just 10 months into retention. I was not able to control my weight and eating habits and start meditation previously. Now I have been doing intermittent fasting, lost 24 lbs, started meditating and have a clear mind. My parents used to tell me that we have to limit our desires and especially my father was distant even though we live in the same house. We rarely talk to each and he barely has any friends. Recently, I started behaving just like him. There was moment where I could understand his perspective. About the desires, I have some understanding especially the religious teachings of our community. I am more peaceful than ever and no stress although I do become angry and express my dislikes towards situations. I used to have hard time expressing my likes and dislikes.

Powerful dynamic insightful comments including about when a father withholds love, killing your son at the same time. May God bless you yar, may God have mercy on your father for the suffering he inflicted on you, for those 4 years!!!

    Hello Captain,
thank you for your immense motivation. You are exactly like Neil in Dead Poet Society - except you’re fukcing living! I resonated so well with everything you’ve said. Congratulations brother on the great achievement it is to have finally received your fathers deserved respect and praise. I have a great passion for writing but my parents wanted me to get educated and become a lawyer, engineer, doctor, etc. But I stayed strong and held on to my dreams. Know I’ve published my very first book of poetry in Iceland. My home used to be disrupted with anger and arguments due to my rejection toward the “conventional route.” But know my parents are extremely proud of me! EVERYTHING is truly possible.
Stay strong Captain and our king brothers.
    Stay strong & retain long!
I just joined you and I’m on day 7 ;D

The way you said everything.... Tells how hard you feel that.
    I feel that entirely.
I think Indian parents expect too much from their children because they are too much invested in them.
They sacrifice and work so hard and willing to do anything for the betterment of their child.
Sometimes it is harsh on the child because of differences in goals and ambitions but I feel that if one has to prove something to his dad.... It's never gonna easy... And semen retention gives that power and hunger that we need to go for our ambitions,
I do have ambitions.... I do have fucking big dreams, just doing that part which you have done as chemistry teacher.....waiting for my time.
And to you captain..... Greatness is knocking on the door....!

Sometimes its hard differentiate between a father's love and disappointment.
We sometimes take their anger/silemce as dissapointment, but many times its the manifestation of fear because of the love the hold for us. They worry so ddeply about us, they sometimes push away when we choose not to follow.
