    Thank you for mentioning the comparison to women practitioners of NoFap. It only makes sense. There’s no doubt in my mind that the effects are of a lesser caliber in women than men. However, I find that in the weeks leading up to menstruation, while practicing NoFap, there is a noticeable difference in my energy levels, my ability to express myself, milder anxiety levels, milder depressive symptoms, an overall higher sense of clarity within me, and heightened intuition. I find that my eyes are bigger and more lustrous, my face thin and bright, and my body light.Those are enough reasons for me to practice it, even thought I know it’s leading to an ultimate loss during menstruation. I simply get to start over again and again, and it’s a beautiful cycle to surrender to. Blessings to you

      The energy levels might differ in both genders....but there is no doubt that women who practice nofap become way more attractive to men than other women....

      Still, celibacy is very helpful in women too. PMO overstimulates brain and has its negative consequences. Porn destroys the brain chemistry and the reward circuit of our brain, among many. So, still keep following and spreading this ritual fearlessly.

      If I'm not mistaken there are some yogic practices to minimize energy loss for women during menstruation. Check them out.

      I don't think he is right in what he said, women get the equal amount of benefit on (egg) retention..
      there is something called atresia, google "atresia ovulation" or something like that - eggs get reabsorbed too!
      quick quote from this site:
      extendfertility.com/how-many-eggs-do-women-lose-every-month/
      "(...) But the fact is that there are tons of other eggs that don’t make it past that first stage. Each cycle, maybe 15-20 follicles are activated, but when they don’t mature, they get “reabsorbed” (AKA, they die). This process is called “atresia.” (...)"
      and i think women may be able to reach higher levels much faster, because for a woman, it only takes ~30 days to produce and consume and egg...
      the semen of men need to go to spermatogenesis, which takes like 74 days or so.
      so woman are twice (+ a bit) faster!
      what the testicles are in men, are the ovaries in women! yes, nature is sexist - men need longer for the same process than woman.
      its not the other way around!

      I was reading a book by Swami shivnanda about kundalini energy. In that book there is a mention about yoga which can help you conserve the ovum
      Basically the period will happen but there will be no loss of ovum.
      Look I am not a women but I really trust swami shivnanda and so does he ( captain )
      Give it a try
      Get that book pdf
      Go to mooladhaar yoga section ( it's 1st chakra )
      And see if you life changes dramatically

    machigandha (lady who married bhishma's dad) her name means smell of fish, and it was extremely bad smell. One day she met a sage and he was attracted to her v badly, he gave in to his lust and told Machigandha that he would take her smell away and give her the most beautiful and unique fragrance that Earth would ever witness, if they hook up. They did and she had a son with him. He took the son away and his son's name was Ved Vyasa and he wrote the Mahabharata.
    HOW BRILLIANT IS THAT. NO MOVIE CAN MATCH OUR HISTORY TOLD IN THIS EPIC.
    LEGENDARY.

    It's not mythology. It is history

    • @CaptainSinbad
      @CaptainSinbad  6 років тому

      Words have multiple meanings. When I say 'mythology,' I mean that the story serves as an allegorical narrative. It may or may not have been a part of history -- people have different beliefs about whether this stuff happened in our physical world.
      But the one thing that it is definitely true is that the stories serve as allegorical narratives for spiritual truths. For instance, the Ramayana may or may not have happened, but it is still true that the story of King Rama and his journey to Shri Lanka and back, is also a metaphor of the travel of the kundalini energy down to the seat of the spine and back up.

    • @7sweetguy
      @7sweetguy 6 років тому

      @@CaptainSinbad fine scientific proofs do exist of Ramayana as a true history. As far as I understand, allegorical narrative involves characters and events that are/stand for abstract idea . Ramayana is both such one. Again this is not based on my belief this is scientific too
      Thanks

    • @7sweetguy
      @7sweetguy 6 років тому +1

      The sethusamudram, engineering marvel which has ram name in it says hanuman existed. Search for
      Scientific proofs is not necessarily a precursor to accept existence but certainly required to prove some events
      also the humans who establish or attempt to establish scientific proof also has limited faculty

    • @CaptainSinbad
      @CaptainSinbad  6 років тому +1

      vijay sarthy I believe it all happened, as said. But the plane of existence must have been different in those times. So much of what is written is not possible from what we know in the world today. Hanuman opened up his chest to reveal lord ram. Bhisma laid on a bed of arrows for a time. There was a demon king with 10 heads. If you don’t accept that there are MYTHICAL elements, at least with regard to our current plane of existence - you are just annoying.

    hey! so I have an interesting perspective to what you said. I came across a story of a tantric who was pursuing intense sadhana to achieve moksha and met with a high level saint in Kasi. He asked the saint, when am I going to achieve moksha? I'm doing an insane amount of discipline to achieve that goal! The saint says it will take 3 lifetimes for you. This tantric could either give up his work and lead a normal unrestricted life or continue fasting for 20 hrs a day, chanting for 10+ hours, celibacy etc. He could give it up thinking hey, anyways its written in my desitny that it wont happen for 3 lifetimes so lets wait and do this stuff later. Or he could keep doing it or even increase the intensity. Truth is the saint was right, but Kala the god of time controls the destiny using a positive feedback loop. If this tantric were to give up now, moksha can be delayed to 11 lifetimes from now. But if he goes crazy and tries harder, moksha can be given to him within 5 months. So to the statement about women and no fap. I suppose ojas can be lost during menstruation since the ovum contains vital energy and its being shed. However, the practice of bramacharya serves to focus the mind and remove lustful thoughts (which could otherwise disturb intense practices). Here I like to think that even though its written and told by big saints that doing big no fap streaks isn't going to do much, a woman's effort into the practice will still grant her certain boons as per her worship and devotion to Gods while on the path. I.e. Kala gives a human benefits as per their devotion not their starting point/biological nature etc, a devoted soul is a devoted soul - so even if its written by greats that a woman can't make it high with no fap, she perhaps can according to her individual circumstances and personal intentions with her practice. Another story is of Shukra a seeker who literally only inhaled smoke for lifetimes while meditating, eventually Shiva showed up wanting to end his misery knowing it was insane to ever worship any god with that level of dedication and self harm, Shiva gives him the gift to resurrect anybody from the dead. Worship and sankalpas are powerful done by anybody in the end. So for a woman if refraining from PMO is said to be not very fruitful by saints or texts, in the end the deities choose how she will be rewarded hence i think its still an absolutely wonderful practice for all seekers who are interested.

    I've found that the even the most stubborn and difficult women have respect for me now, women who hate men still respect me unquestioningly, almost regardless of what conflicting opinions i hold. they'll either go back on their beliefs to match mine, or at the very least they are understanding of my view. a few years ago someone once asked me to deal with this hysterical customer - the second i was in her presence she started giggling and agreeing with whatever i said; the effect we have on people is NOTICEABLE! but for every 20 people who love me, there will be 1 who despises me, starts rumours about me, and tries to bring me down. its really strange.

      This is a very valuable point! I have also noticed that a few 'feminazis' -- and I apologize for using that term -- are oddly conflicted about me. I am not a subservient male, but my aura is so clean that they can't help but like me.
      Another cool point with people despising and hating. I find that this comes from men who are used to being at the top of the social hierarchy. They may feel their position is threatened by you, which is why they despise.
