When it comes to NoFap and Semen Retention, something I realized. I don't want ALL the women. I just want the ability to get a woman whenever I want. Have options and being proactive with your choice of woman is the real goal.

One thing about NoFap was that I was naturally happier. Much more upbeat and lighthearted. One thing about sexual energy-- I gave myself more freedom to show my attraction to certain women through my eyes, and it felt amazing. It was like foreplay for the brain. Since being on nofap I definitely get more looks from people when i'm out and I notice it more. Sometimes I almost feel like a celebrity walking out in public. I have a much stronger sense of women's attraction towards me as well even if they don't express it through action I can sense it in how they look at me. I'm 7 months deep in this and I don't see myself ever going back to my old ways.

I’ve noticed a few instances of attraction on this journey. Some of which include sitting where they can openly see you while on a train, even when there’s so many other seats to choose from. If they happen to sit beside you or directly opposite, there can be a lot of fidgeting, a flicking back and forth of one foot while feet are crossed and running their fingers through the hair, almost unconsciously. In terms of male camaraderie in the workplace, yes, you are definitely more respected and any absence sees them quite excited upon your return. On a good streak I have noticed calls from jobs applied for from some time ago too, which is strange but I don’t know for sure if that’s anything as I can’t prove it. I’ve had people greet me on walks when it is usually myself who says hello while passing a stranger through a park, so that’s a refreshing and welcoming change. Looking forward to the Target video!

I am currently on day 37 of NoFap and I have had similar experiences with this kind of attraction as well. Every time I go to the gym on campus I am getting stared at by the majority of girls. Also girls that I know/ associate with treat me with much more respect compared to when I was always masturbating. I feel like NoFap makes my presence felt like never before... this sounds arrogant like you were saying but it is true lol.

Day 45. Halfway there. It’s been quite a journey, and if it only gets even better by half, it’s still been worth it. Confidence enhanced greatly, eyes brighter, if only from not staring at a screen for hours on end. Skin looks healthier..Feeling happy and content. Read about sex transmutation when I was young but lacked the Will power to keep my hand off that thing. Always did well enough attracting women but wasn’t very successful closing the deal because of a lack of confidence.
This has been a life changer, and I can only hope that more men in their youth are listening to You and following thru.

I have done it during 2 months and what I have seen in particular with women is that they are attracted to your energy. For them, it sounds like " Who is this guy, my body feels strange around".
I think you are right when you says " it's not sexual attraction" but it's true just at the beginning. What I figured out in my own experience is that I can (under semence retention) make things go to the next level. By maintaining an eye contact with them (without feeling ashamed about that), I feel a sexual attraction in my body and I feel like she became more open and relaxed.
More, I figured out that I'm acting like a strong magnet with women : I attract to me some women and others are repulsed. It feels like the Universe is choosing the right chicks for you and get rid off the chicks that doesn't deserve your vital force 😂

I'm on day 11. I've noticed women tend to look at me a bit more but mostly I've noticed that I have more energy. I've been struggling with isolation and having a dead end job for the last 3 years. Now I'm working off my debts and getting back to educating myself.
The last time I did this I think the biggest benefit was the confidence to go out and do things. Women aren't sitting in my house with me, they're out in the world! This happens because this journey, energetically is related directly with the sacral chakra (for both the genders). When the sacral is sufficient in terms of energy, it helps the heart chakra to blossom, with the vibes of unconditional, universal love. And when this happens, you naturally draw in everything that aligns with you, in whatever state you are. Usually this state is free of everything negative. I was ever the ugly, insecure kid growing up. On only a handful occasions through my 21 year life have I noticed women being into me. Had I tracked back, they would probably aline with a short period of no fap.

People see me as some kind of important person now. My voice is so power and full of flavour. I feel like I can now make an individual choice of how to behave in any moment ie. I believe this as when on a streak of only 6-7 days i was edging and feeling on the edge anxious but full of energy and other nofap benifits. I think this explains why women will go for the unattractive alpha or below avg looking guy, is because they are strong, confident and probably unknowingly practice nofap...looks, natural charisma and charm can def help you, but I think if the nofap factor is missing...it doesn’t matter how attractive or handsome a guy is

Yes the magnetism effect is real! NoFap when coupled with meditation, and other mindfulness practices can further enhance the effect of drawing desired objects/people/material abundance towards them. Really residing in my body (aka the holy ghost), and feeling all 33 vertebrae up and down the spine is something I want to strive for daily into the new year. Consecration of essence, connecting to pure source...I desire nothing else. Everything else is a byproduct of discipline/inherent knowing.
On occasion I notice heat within my palms.

I control a room by being so assertive in how I only ‘energize’ the positive, grounded mindsets and actions. I also control the room by ignoring or ‘not energizing’ counter-productive or unhealthy behaviors/mindsets.
