I have a 9 hr corporate desk job. I had lower back pain at times. On Nofap the pain is minimal or even non existent. I have a Gym freek friend he told me manstubation also causes lower back pain.

Day 37. Experiencing less anxiety, less dark thoughts, but it's definitely up and down. Took me three tries to get over that week-week and a half urge to just do it but once I made it passed that barrier it was infinitely easier. I'm looking forward to more changes in the coming weeks/months. Will only spill seed with a partner (if I meet someone anytime in the future).

That's really not so easy. Especially if you are in a young age. I really care and love my mother, however this wasn't easy at first on my journey.

That's a tough. Really tough one. Depends on the level of toxicity and also the level of your dependence on your family members, emotional or financial.
Being independent is the first step though.

In terms of transmutative energy, so far all i know, is that I am really creative when I play chess, and that I really enjoy super smash brothers ultimate. I know that I do have a curious interest in computer science in which I am currently pursuing in college, and hopefully it leads somewhere. I am really grateful for discovering this channel. These are thoughts I've had for a few years, but I've always found it hard to stick to it with the discipline, but to know that there is somebody else who has these same thoughts, is so inspiring and motivating. cheers, -A

yes, great book, I think it should be called the way of the free man. I've read most of it several times. his model of masculine and feminine energy is so cool, and useful. I think life begins for a man when he finds his natural talent , gets training, develops skill, and starts contributing with it. Maharishi said ones natural talent may be artistic or scientific. my father loved chemistry the way I love music.

I am really low in my life right now due to various reasons..but now I am practicing sexual energy transmutation and I have been very positive and hope get in touch with my abilities again or my full potential again.. so answering to your question.. I am very unique in my ways of thinking.. could be imagining solutions to a problem, imagining the design of a system.. I have to say I am gifted have a very visually articulate way of judging or analysing certain systems.. but I lack the power to focus I get too overwhelmed and end up not doing anything at all.. but my new endeavors in sexual energy transmutation and no fap make me feel that my derailed thoughts are finding a track and a direction to head!

I'm almost 5 months. Nofap reason I do it is to attract a rare breed like myself. I know that requires discipline,a whole lot of dedication, seriousness and very few can accomplish and damn right I have felt all of that. Those days are Absolutely gone!
For me is super easy, sometimes I don´t even feel desire as I use it into training but I am studying again and most girls 13 years younger than me are so beautiful and more open than in my generation, that´s like the only 10% that tells me that abstinence in such an extreme way can be a mistake but I´ll still go on !!!

I found your channel yestarday and feel like I’ve struck gold. I decided to commit to the nofap thing since i got pretty scared after seeing the pictures of brain on porn and on heroin looking alike. How do you go about doing this. I tend to watch pornography without masturbating just because of the dopamine hit it gives. Also it feels like this self-denial of ones pleasure can lead to a lot of guilt and shame if you relapse, which makes it even more destructive and defeating. Guess you just have to be compassionate with yourself. Perhaps you’ve already given advice on this question in a video, in which case I will eventually come across.
