Firstly, relevance is important, a family just lost their father, I believe it is insensitive to make jokes about an innocent persons death when it happened not to long ago. I’m not saying that from a month later the jokes will be okay, there are other morals that play into relevance. Secondly, when people make 9/11 jokes, they don’t insult the people that died, or condemn the people that died. Destiny has insulted the man’s character and has said that he could care less about that man’s death because he’s a conservative nut case.
Destiny has a large platform and influence, and him making insensitive jokes about an innocent man that just died is unnecessary and not something we should encourage. Not only does it make Democrats look bad, it gives conservatives an excuse to be angry, which is the last thing we need.
