  • In this beginner glutes and hips strength workout, you'll learn how to activate your glutes well, so that all of your best glute exercises are worthwhile when you do them! This workout can be a great glute activation warmup, or a reminder of 'what should I be feeling?' in your glute exercises.
    This workout is Part 1 of a series, with each video building on the next. Make your way through the videos sequentially to build solid strength.
    Strength training has been shown to improve bone density! This workout is safe for osteoporosis, osteopenia and diastasis recti (ab separation after birth), this glutes and hips beginner workout is gentle yet super effective.
