Congratulations on taking care of yourself! This video was filmed a year ago, so likely the leggings aren't still available. Robin loves to get her workout clothes from Athleta so that would be a great place to look if you're interested in something similar.
Thank you for these awesome videos! I have a quick question. I have been doing pilates for years, so I am aware of the basic form but when we do the back work at the end, I almost always get cramping in my big toe (right foot only). Any idea as to what I am doing wrong and how to fix it? Thank you!
How wonderful that you have such experience with Pilates! Back work can be challenging and it may be that you're excessively pointing or curling your toes while completing these moves. Thank you for the great exercises. I'm very new here so could you please help me for the breathing? I found that in some moves there were no breathing instructions so I just breath like in gym 🤣🙏

Hi Melissa - We encourage you to listen to your body and modify when needed. Modifying is a smart and effective way to continue to build strength. It's good to be challenged, that's how you get stronger. Some days though it feels good to focus on stretching. Have you tried the "Gentle Morning Pilates Routine"? Me neither (after quite a few years of Pilates!) but a small cushion under the lower back does the trick for me.
Liz Charles, I did them today at the gym, but I confess that I cheated, I didn't hold on to my ankles,I didn't see the Pilates teacher today for advice
