    The pose isn't that easy but the technicality with which explained how to transition into the pose is soooo good 10/10

I don't think that you realize just how people feel when you put up these videos and they accomplish it following your directions pehis directions. You are a blessing. In a single day or have learned that can do crow pose and 8 angle. I’m also on day 8 of your 21 day yoga series. I’m genuinely enjoying finding out what my body can do.

    That was amazing! Fantastic breakdown, and it gave me the courage to try something I thought was going to be very difficult for me. Did it within a few tries. When you said it was a "beginner pose".....I was ALL IN! Thank you!

    Hi, thank you. Caught your video yesterday and did the pose today with no problems. Had learned it a much more awkward and complicated way previously. Your technique is far easier. I'm going to try your crow one next--have never been able to do it.

    Whenever I see some move that's somewhat new to me, I find myself wondering "how do you go from not doing that to doing that?" This video of yours makes it seem soooo much more possible as at least I know where to start. I've got to say, though, the best thing about this video is your dog snoozing on the couch. What a mush.😻🙏🏻

    Could my wrists/ forearms be too weak for this? I can do crow quite wel!!

    • @Livinleggings
      @Livinleggings  3 роки тому

      I would say if you can do crow then it won’t be your wrists or forearms that are the difficulty as the demand on them is no greater in this pose. It requires a bit more upper body strength though as the arms have to bend more than crow so it could perhaps be this!

    • @Livinleggings
      @Livinleggings  3 роки тому

      They don’t need to be straight so I wouldn’t worry! As your hamstring flexibility increases, your legs will become straighter in this pose 👍🏼

    Hello there, I have a feeling that this might be a bit too advanced for me yet, do you have any other balances or poses that I should practice before I try this one? I can already do crow pretty well (balance for about 40 seconds), and am slowly getting the hang of side crow.

    • @Livinleggings
      @Livinleggings  3 роки тому +2

      Everyones experiences of arm balances is different so there's no set order. Some people can do this one before they can master crow! There's lots of other arm balances within yoga of varying difficulty but my Arm Balances for Beginners workshop covers about 6 or 7 balances to try out. livinleggings.yoga/teaching/arm-balance-workshop/
