Very well put and articulate. Made me understand everything despite not having particular knowledge on this subject. I recently discovered Dr. George Touliatos and I'd say I'm very intrigued by his physicality and knowledge.
Thanks for the comment. Dr George has a wealth of knowledge and is keen to share this to help others avoid some of the pitfalls around hormone use.

Hi mike i hope u good.
My t level was 182ng/dl and doc didnt prescribe me,and my age is 35,also i have all the symptoms and also i werent over weight it was 73kg. Even after that i loose muscle aswell i never go gym for how long should i do all that natural thing to rise my t levels thanks, plz reply
That level is too low especially if you have symptoms and have you tried other options to increase your levels. It’s just plain wrong for them to do this to you.
Dr. George looks more graceful in grey hair
do i have to lose my hair go on TRT? is finasteride the answer? does anyone know what TRT will roughly cost me per month? thanks
There are many men who go on Trt who do not lose their hair. Look at Dr George he’s been on TRT for years with no hair loss and does not use finasteride. TRT anywhere from £75-120 per month depending on prescriptions and clinical needs.

@@balancemyhormones Thank you that's great news. fyi people dont get notified of your response unless you thumb up their question, really appreciate you answering me :) cheers.
what about ashwaganda and tongat ali?
They are herbs that may help raise testosterone. I think doctor T is talking about the basics of what’s needed. Ergogenic aids May help depending on age but trying to work on the bigger items can go a long way. If one has low T despite trying to boost naturally then ultimately TRT may be needed. Every one is different. There may be more options than what was discussed.
Does TRT work for women? She has signs of continuous fatigue and body aches.
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can be effective for women experiencing fatigue and body aches. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice. If you are in Uk or Europe check out our website www.balancemyhormones.co.uk
Hey guys please answer me im desprat im 27years old and my total T is 370 ng/dl and my free T is 6ng/dl id that low or is it normal?!!?
370ng/dl converts to around 12.83nmol/l which could be considered as not optimal and in the treatable zone for most guidelines especially BSSM and ISSAM.
The free T adds further evidence as it converts from 6ng/Dl to 0.208nmol/l which is well within the BSSM British Society for sexual medicine which is free T less than 0.225. The International ageing male study states free T as low as 0.347nmol/l
Which according to guidelines May also be considered potentially low testosterone levels.
