    On TRT for over two years. Literally every facet of life is better. Only one slight negative side effect. A slight gyno/nipple sensitivity for the first couple months, but faded quickly.

      Glad to hear it’s faded. Nipples can be more sensitive for sown but doesn’t always turn into gyno.

    I am a guy who Covid kicked my ass, very badly. This was a year ago. I since have found my T was below low at 217. On third week of week of injections. Not feeling anything yet and trying to be patient. Great videos

      The so for watching and it takes time to improve levels. If you are suffering from long covid there may be more hormones that are out of balance than just testosterone. According to a recent case study long covid May induce a form of hypopituitarism and eventually many of the hormones return with the exception of testosterone.
      Overall 3 weeks is not king enough so hang in there. We have a video launching what to expect by week 10.

    I fully agree with the quality of life. Started almost 5 years ago and never looked back. Stronger, happier, leaner and healthier.
    Very little side effects and pretty easy to manage as discussed with my Dr in functional medecine, and great positive effects 👍👍☺️☺️
    My test went from 325 ng/dl to usually around 850ng/dl (I use sustanon).

    Great video as always guys, the doctor is very knowledgeable. Basically to answer anyones question the benefits outweigh the risk if done properly and monitored by a professional. You run a much greater risk in life on a lower testosterone level.

    I'm 47 years old and not a big guy although I am overweight for my height. I have the belly fat. I have had 3 blood tests in the last 9 months. My test levels constantly come back between 230 and 250 regardless of rather or not I'm in the gym 5 days a week. I don't feel like I'm improving in the gym and it only gets harder which is why I went to get tested. I've been predisposed to Anxiety and Panic attacks for years and my concern is that after I take a dose of test, I could have a massive panic attack. Should I be worried about this and should I just start off with a low dose? Some youtube videos say that some people can only handle very low doses. I'm concerned that if I take a bigger or even normal dose it's going to fk me up!

    Hi i hope u good bro, i want to ask how often should i use enanthate only to balance my hormone?My testosterone was 182ng/dl and i m 36years old guy, and i also have symptoms aswell especially ED.I havnt started yet i m very scared and also in past i had lacunar infarct (stroke) but recover 90%.No BP, no cholesteol, jus having 75mcg of levothyroxine because i have hashimoto.Even when i had lacunar infarct my all blood test was normal only testosterone was low about 200ng/dl i had clinical depression.Thanks

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  2 роки тому +3

      Enanthate dosing should be up to your doctor treating you. Doses form once to twice per week or even every other day in some cases. It really depends on a few things first and each person has different needs

      So so glad there is finally a hormone company in the UK. Just moved back from Dubai 18 months ago. Started TRT at 200m per week micro dosing 3x. The mistake I made is that I didn’t use medical guidance, just based it around how I felt and adjusted accordingly (there is no medical advice available in the UK). 6 months ago I had a heart attack and needed a stent due to one of my left arteries being blocked at 98%. On recovery now but recently had a testosterone check with the NHS. It is really low. Was wondering if you guys have clinics that I would pay for and join. Want to do it the proper way this time round. Not sure if I had a heart attack due to test and GH or if it was genetic. Currently on cholesterol lowering meds, maybe if I had this checked during my TRT, I could have avoided it. I defo know though that I am struggling now with low test levels. Your help and advice with next steps would be greatly appreciated.
      Thank you in advance.

      It's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice on TRT options for Klinefelter syndrome.

    I work out hard 6/7 days a week on heavyweights, I’m 21 and my testosterone is 565, gain muscle very slow and lose it fast . I want to use trt for my better good but also for my gains with a doctor of course and no hyper dose it , is it safe (?) using it for both benefits at a logical and safe dose ?

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  Рік тому +1

      It's important to note that testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) should only be used under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider and after a thorough evaluation of your medical history, symptoms, and hormone levels. While TRT can potentially help improve muscle gain and retention, it's not a magic solution and there are potential risks and side effects associated with its use.
      When used appropriately and at the right dose, TRT can be safe and effective in helping address low testosterone levels and related symptoms. Your healthcare provider can work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that addresses your goals and concerns while minimizing potential risks.
      It's also important to keep in mind that nutrition, sleep, and other lifestyle factors can play a significant role in muscle gain and overall health, so be sure to discuss these with your healthcare provider as well.

    If you are a young man watching this ignore all of it. You are able to produce your own growth by working out, eating healthy, not fapping etc.

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  2 роки тому +1

      We did a video on this how to boost your testosterone with the point being trying to improve key areas of your life/life style first.
      I’m not sure about the no fapping part but excessive fapping / porn addiction is probably not ideal from a time management point of view.
      Moderation is the key. If after trying lifestyle changes to boost your testosterone and if there are no changes to symptoms and levels that’s when it’s time to get assessed for low T and if needed TRT may be considered.

    They don’t tell that it doesn’t work for everyone. Your hemoglobin will climb at worse you will need a phlebotomy. And you need live and kidney detox pills helps.

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  10 місяців тому +1

      It's important to highlight that not everyone responds the same way to interventions like potassium citrate. Increased hemoglobin levels can occur, potentially requiring phlebotomy. Liver and kidney detox supplements may assist, but individual responses vary. Always consult with your healthcare provider for personalised advice and monitoring.

    His last statement is a misleading truth… majority of men who died from covid may have had low testosterone but without context that allows the viewers to assume it’s JUST higher test levels that would prevent/protect against mortality from covid… when in actuality it’s obesity as the most likely culprit for covid related mortality and current research (last I checked) is still not in consensus on the chicken or egg argument of weather low testosterone is the driving reason for obesity or if obesity is the driving mechanism for low testosterone …. Since there’s no consensus on that topic you cannot make blanket statements, while although true, mislead your viewers into thinking people/men who died of covid died because of their low test

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  2 роки тому +4

      Have a look at the previous video discussing this topic around Covid where the doctor goes into greater details around this topic. The doctor was referencing his previous video and of course without context it may seem like a blanket statement. It was not intended to mislead. Thanks for your comment.
