Awesome! Love this little nod to Ministry! But it's not only "Just One Fix" there's a little bit of "So What" too. Next time the whole band should do a full on cover of both songs!
Just got back from this concert! WAS TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Metallica and Iron Maiden are like the best concerts in the world!! Going to see Maiden again for the 3rd time near Chicago in October here! Can't wait!!
Wow, bunch of fake metallica fans in these comments that apparently didn't know that Metallica always does little bullshit "tributes" at their shows just to fuck around. I'm just happy they even said Ministry's name at all. Now a bunch of people who haven't heard Ministry will go listen to "Just one fix" and see how much better it is than this. This wasn't meant to be a serious full band cover. Metallica doesn't do that.
they do this in every new city they play, new song each time, it's james' and lars' pause while they have fun on stage, sounds like shit every time, bur fun for crowd
Metallica has always done stuff like this. They don't do full band covers. They were obviously just messing around. I don't know what you were expecting. Have you ever even seen them live before?
@HumanoidMachine Metallica have always done band covers that's how they started. Yes seen them many times. Friday Rob and Kirk played around with something they wrote for Chicago. It was much worse then this. I've forever been a Metallica fan but bad is bad.
Love the love...Ministry is fkn awesome, Lars must not think the same way lol. Gotta have the drums in this though. Even if it's just a quick jam. Respect to Rob & Kirk.

I've always been a way bigger Ministry fan than Metallica and I'm just happy they even said their name. You should be too. They don't get a lot of mainstream recognition at all anymore.

Last time I saw Metallica here in Minnesota those 2 played a prince song which was super cool, didn't sound amazing or anything but was still a cool tribute
dudes no! i know james and lars need a toilet break bc of there weak bladders, but pls stop this part of the show - it ruins the whole thing... (yeah, i'm a cry baby...)
ummmm, what in the actual f is going on here?? is failing at being a superstar a thing for Metallica? yikes! I love Ministry and this was NOTHING to do that song justice... so, NO Justice For Some
No. Did you not hear anything he said? They're playing "Just one fix" by MINISTRY as a little tribute. It's not a new song. It's by a totally different band and it came out in the early 90s. That's why I'm glad they did this, because now you've heard of MINISTRY. Wasn't meant to be serious.

Love Metallica and love Ministry, but do yourself a favor and lookup the live version of this song by the actual band from 1996.
Awesome! Love this little nod to Ministry! But it's not only "Just One Fix" there's a little bit of "So What" too.

Awesome for bringing attention to Ministry. Just goes to show how difficult it is to bring their songs to life.
Yeah, Ministry live is next level. I want to say they have 4-5 guitars on stage at once during some of their songs.
@@RichardPerna Lol. 50% of their live performance is backing tracks and drums machines.
Just got back from this concert! WAS TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Metallica and Iron Maiden are like the best concerts in the world!! Going to see Maiden again for the 3rd time near Chicago in October here! Can't wait!!
This is nothing without drums.
Тогда концерт Металлики превратится в концерт Министри))) Я был бы не против это услышать
Would be pretty cool to hear a cover of this awesome tune with the whole band. 🤘🏽🤘🏽
😮😮😮😮😮😮 ouuuuuyeeaaa ministryyyy
Ахуительное видео! Басист вырос в моих глазах до мужика! Кёрк дёргается еще- тоже добро ему. Всем привет)
during that, Lars and James were counting pennies backstage
Lars was like “I’m not even going to try”
just loop and sample one sad but true snare and durm part and that's it!!
Lars doesn't participate in these 'doodles'. It's strictly a Kirk & Rob thing.
Lars probably couldn't stay in time the whole song
no it's cool guys, kirk and rob jam to songs by artists from wherever they're playing at, just like an intermission, it's awesome
I was there when that happened
wow, how interesting
Bruh everyone is taking this so seriously. It was just a little jam, it’s not like they were doing a full on cover.
Did you enjoy the concert? The whole METALLICA show was intense :D
@@Typomixer15 I did. Saw them on both days. Phenomenal shows. They never disappoint.
They probably practiced this one time and said let's go
@@declemson do you not know what a jam is? Does the concept of a jam not coincide with your brain?
And in today's h.s. talent show we have two fine boys rob and kirk singing about drug addiction.....now clap everyone.
It's a mashup of Just One Fix and So What.
Also, So What?! in there
Smash the control images,
Smash the control machine.

I wish they would have the whole band play it. It really needs drums, and James extra guitar would help too.

@@joddeurter2448 Yeah I know. I agree it sounds like shit though. Maybe they should all go back to doing solos, like they used to.
Based on some comments I was waiting for so what in the jam. That was all ministry.
Rob is really improving his vocal performance. Keep it up !!!
I want the Thorazine.....
You dont need the thorazine
Amazing
I was there lol
You guys trying to do that song is like Neil Young trying to do Queen. I do appreciate the effort though.
a proper cover would be welcome
I was there. Got so excited when announcing the song then they started playing. It was pretty cringe.

Nothing's changed so far. They keep ruining other artist's songs instead of making at least one proper cover
Nice to see credit being given but this didn't sound good. I'll stick with the original.

@@HumanoidMachine yup, twice, long ago.
Do you think they were intending to replace the original? It's just the two of them messing around and giving a shout out.

Nope.

They should play something from "With Sympathy"
shite
