Lovely video! I have been making your gingerbread balls (sans chocolate) repeatedly since that video came out! I have been adding 1/2 tsp ground ginger and 3/4tsp of cinnamon! I am just obsessed, they are so damn good! And so easy!
@ellegibson hello my lovely can I ask where you got your vegan Panetone from? My dad always used to buy it for us for Christmas when I was younger and I I loved i, I tried making. One a couple of years ago and oh dear or was so heavy I could have used it as a door stop 😂😂bought one ( non vegan for bf who isn’t vegan ) and the smell brought back so many memories..... Thank you for your wonderful inspiring content. Xx

i think you have to twist the cinnamon roll package and then it pops open :D not 100% sure but i remember doing it once like that on a smiliar looking package when i was in the US. maybe it's the same?
