I just got a Mobo board too and I’m surprised how much it challenges me from arch to glute!
Right, my whole leg is stressed. It's amazing
Greetings from London, England! Day one of using my Mobo board; 12 weeks out from NYC marathon. Eeeek :D
Just ordered one. Thank you!
i bought this board and don't know the difference between fins and odds...if you know, let me know please is it available?
Evens are the numbers 2 and 4. Odds are the numbers 1 and 3.
@@TheRealJavahead who doesn't know that
@@user-sq6vq2mt7u What kind of answer are you looking for then? Fins are just the components that the platform, where your foot gets placed for the exercises, sit on. Odds and evens are just configurations to the board for exercises that induce more balance stability work. I guess if you want specific answer to your question in short, fins are components of the board, and odds is a configuration to the board. 🤷🏻♂️
