Is this device to improve foot strength or balance?
Any recommendations if my foot slips off the board when I touch the edges to the ground? It seems quite slippery. Thanks!
I've never had that problem myself, but if it happens to you, you could try using grippy yoga toe socks or anti-slip silicon!

I have the same problem occasionally and found that it helps if the sole of my foot is slightly damp.
