  • How to fix Back & Shoulder Pain in 10 Minutes with this Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lesson. This somatic movement lesson will help you to reduce shoulder & back pain and it will help you to improve turning.
    The lesson will be done lying on the floor. You need a mat or blanket and some space on the ground. Also prepare a folded towel that you can put under your head in side lying.
    The lesson is often called "Sliding Arms".
