I wanted to update anyone on this thread who is freaking out over a Posterior baby... My sweet girl never turned. I did spinning babies and saw a chiropractor multiple times who specializes in pregnancy care. I was terrified of having a natural birth to a Posterior baby..... Anyhow, I made it to the birth center at 9cm dilated and did not experience any back pain ! She came in 3 pushes, I had the best birth experience. 😀 my biggest fear was the pain and I didn't experience as much as I expected. I highly recommend finding a chiropractor who specializes in prenatal adjustments to help prep your body. My provider helped make room and loosened up my ligaments for labor. Posterior babies don't have to end in a painful C-section or hospital birth.
I wish I had known to look for things like this for my previous pregnancy. (first time momma) The more I am learning now that everything is said and done, the more I realize that my pregnancy and labor experience was actually not so great, and was handled poorly by both the OB and some of the delivery staff. My now two year old boy was born posterior, which really extended my labor, even for a first timer. This was extremely helpful, and I will be utilizing this information in my next pregnancy! Thank you so much for sharing, it has actually brought back some of my confidence that I lost from my previous experience. :)
Anna this makes me so happy to hear. I'm so pleased I helped in some way for you to gain some confidence back. In your next pregnancy perhaps think about getting a private midwife or at least debriefing your birth experience with someone so that you don't carry the fear of other posterior birth in with you. x
I, unfortunately, found my first pregnancy to be exactly the same! It's such a shame how educated doctors are on the allopathic procedures used to treat the complications of childbirth that they have no education on the natural, physiological procedures that could be used to mitigate them! My first child was full posterior when I was induced and they had me flat on my back the entire 48 hours of labor and in a reclined, feet up position for pushing. The poor kid didn't have a prayer for turning around! He was finally delivered after 4 hours of pushing, but only following an episiotomy and vacuum assistance. He suffered a lot of head trauma and had to spend the rest of our hospital stay in the NICU. Had my medical team had any education on pelvic alignment or fetal repositioning, all of those interventions and subsequent complications could have been avoided altogether! I've since transferred my care to a better informed midwife who has successfully guided the 3 unmedicated, complication-free births of my other children, but with my son I didn't know these things were important or that it was possible for my doctor not to know about them! I was a first time mom and trusted my medical provider to have all of the knowledge required to know the best options for me. It's such a shame how infrequently that's actually the case, but that's what makes videos like these so important!
Thank you so much! This is my 7th baby and 5th baby in the posterior position. My babies just love being this way! They always turn during labor, although my 2nd baby took 3 hours to do so.
Wow. I have heard some babies turn during labour but I haven't heard a mom who has personally experienced it. It's great to know they do turn during labour. Am glad you have 7. Children are a blessing and adorable

Im 40 weeks and I was supposed to be due today but my doctor told me that my child is in a posterior position, i haven’t felt any contractions and I’m barely at 1 centimeter, I would definitely try this out
Hi Jasmin. Definitely give these a go. But remember that forty weeks could mean your baby isn’t ready for another two weeks. He/ she will come when they are ready. Best of luck. ✨
Great video. Will be giving these a go. Hope its not too late, im 39+5 and shes still posterior (although baby 1 stayed posterior too but woukd be nice to have this one turn)
Thank you. I used your technique plus laying on the left side plus hand guiding to turn my baby in less than ten minutes. This information is so helpful.
I don't know that the ball would help all that much. You want to think about creating space in the pelvis so bub can turn so any position that allows your belly to hang will do this. Hi going to try this, I’m 37 weeks and baby is head down and low but posterior like my son was. Last time I had a terrible back labour and ended up at 8cm white and epidural and an emergency c section for failure to progress. I’m attempting a vbac this time.
Where was this video 2 babies ago!! Haha. Saved it to my favourites if the next one decides to be posterior too. Thanks for all the fab tips and poses 🙏🏻

Hello. Thank you for your video. I'm due on July 10 but is my third so who knows maybe sooner. I'm getting nervous because baby still is sunny side up. I have 2.5kgs babies this one am told is not exception. Do you think because baby is so small If she doesn't turn will be easier(less painfull) labor because of the size!?
The best thing you can do is learn how to relax during labour to help it go more smoothly. Pain doesn’t really relate to size, it’s more connected to tension in the body. Work on releasing fears and softening your body. Sending you love and strength for birth. 🙏🏻💜
Mam iam 38th week 3days today,my doctor told me your baby is head down with posterior position,he give next checkup on 20th February,so how can I turn my baby in anterior position mam please tell me mam😢.i do all exercises like squat, malasana , butterfly exercise, inversion method, walking for 40min daily but now i stopped squat and Butterfly exercise, malasana. Now i doing only cat cow phose and walking and rebozo method with help of my husband is it enough to turn my posterior baby to anterior position 😢😢
You want to think about making space. So anything on hands and knees is great. Rather than reclining back on the couch can you lie on your side and use pillows to support. Or use a bean bag to lay resting forward. Rebozo on your hips while in hands and knees can be helpful to soften pelvis and relax tension in pelvis which may be holding baby in position. Some babies won’t turn until labour and some babies won’t turn at all.
Thanku so much.. I would definitely try this... Oct 30th 2019 is my due date..., 2days left, n found still my baby is in posterior position..n no contractions yet.. doctor told me to go for c-section on 30th... Miracles should happen
There is no need to go straight to a Caesar for a posterior baby. Babies can be born posterior and can often turn during labour. You may like to talk to your doctor about this or get a second opinion. Best of luck.
Bettina Rae Hi there... I m blessed with a tiny little girl... but had to undergo c-section since my baby was posterior n also diagonal position... well. my bundle of joy is here...😍😍
Some of the times yes. I just worry about if I'm on a regular chair, floor, etc. I don't always find the ball comfortable so I have to switch seats often and I want to make sure I'm not sitting in a way to encourage the baby in a wrong position. Last checked baby is low but supposedly posterior(not sure if the other two were).
Can you just make sure you spend your down time in the other positions? Use a bean bag to watch tv to support your chest to lean forward and give baby lots of space to turn?
Hi there, great video. I am 41 weeks + 5 days today and found out only yesterday that babe is OP with a hand next to the head.. which is why the head is not dropping (currently at 4/5) i have been doing lots of exercises to try and help move baby, just wondering if you have any advice about waiting.. they automatically book you for induction at 42 weeks in ireland but I really want to go into labour myself.. 😢 but also starting to feel impatient and like I'll be pregant forever haha! Is it likely that the hand will move and allow the head to drop just doing these exercises for a day or 2? Thank you ❤
Some babies don’t move until labour starts. A OP physical therapist can also support with some gentle moves to help your pelvis release if tension is the reason baby is in this position.
At the end of the day, babies will do what they want to do. These poses create the space for baby to turn but don't actually force them to do it. So no, doing these exercises after baby has turned will not put them back into posterior.
I wonder if I'm just someone whose babies insist on OP position. My first was not handled well and i ended up in an emergency C-section after hours of intense painful labor, the second ended in precipitous labor (VBAC of course) with only two pushes. I figured the second was a fluke and have been researching what to do about turning my third one who is also stubbornly OP. Maybe my body is one of those that can accommodate for that position. I'll still try to see if some of those moves will help either way. Thank you
Hi Heather. It could definitely be due to an imbalance in your body (for whatever reason) making this position most comfortable for your bubs. Can you find a midwife or body therapist in your area who works with optimal positioning. There are some techniques you can do to help rebalance and release tightness to encourage baby to move. This video is definitely a great start.
After researching I realize my son was born posterior....wish my midwifes would have told me... Now I am 37 weeks and my daughter has been transverse and now is posterior.... I am meeting with a chiropractor Friday and currently watching this video, I really hope this works.
I hope Bub moves for you. Sometimes it’s important just to trust that your baby and body know what they are doing. Sending you love and strength for birth. 🙏🏻💜
Sleeping on my sides really hurt my hips a lot of pressure, even with pillows so i find it alil more comfortable to sleep prop up with pillows or in a recliner chair, I’m on bedrest so I do this a lot but I’m 39 weeks and just found out my baby is sunny side up 😩 my back pain has increase a lot and I have a lot of false labor, now I know why ,and I need to turn her so I’m trying these stretches, very uncomfortable bc of back pain, and she does a lot of moving when i try to be on hands and knees, I hope she turn I think this is the reason why I’m not in labor im 3cm but her head is not low
I’m sorry you’ve been so uncomfortable but you’re nearly there. You may not be in labour yet because baby and your body are not quite ready yet. Let go of the timing and trust. Your baby will be here soon. 🙏🏻💜
Hi, i am not sure that my baby is in posterior position..so if the baby is in anterior position and if i do these exercises, is the baby gonna change the position?
Baby will find the best position based on space available. Making more space in the body is unlikely to get them to turn posterior if they are not already. Your midwife or dr should be able to tell you their position.
Hi Im 39 weeks and 6 days today . Tomorrow is my due date. And i just had my ultrasound found out my baby is posterior and my amniotic fluid index is 8.3cm which is low. My ob will induce me tomorrow but the problem is my baby is posterior. Can i still do this exercise to help my baby move to anterior position? Thank you
Is it possible to give birth thru vaginal delivery even of my baby is in posterior position? This is my 3rd baby and I delivered my 2 babies vaginal delivery so i don’t want to have a c section. Thank you!
Yes you can still have a vaginal birth it’s just not considered ‘ideal’. But trust that baby knows what he / she is doing. There is sometimes a reason for them choosing that position. And yes these are safe for you to do now. Sending you love and strength for birth. 🙏🏻💜
thank you so much for your advice.. I will do this before and during labor. Hope my baby will turn to anterior position. Is it true that if the position of my baby is posterior the pain during labor is more on the back? Thank you !
Hello. Just gave birth last july 6 and the labor pain that i experienced is tolerable and there is no back pain at all. Thank you so much. Gave birth via vaginal delivery ❤️
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself re due date. It really should be a due ‘guideline’ only. Baby’s will come (and turn) when they are ready. Trust your body and trust your baby. Sending you love and positive birth vibes 💜🙏🏻
I’m 29 weeks and my baby is head down with his back curved against my right side. Should I start doing these things now for baby to get in the optimal position. I heard babies that are positioned as mine is now usually are born in the posterior position and I do NOT want that. 😩
Hi Bettina, I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with my first baby boy, and apparently my baby is in a posterior position, will he eventually turn in time for me to give birth? X I'm really nervous and scared
32 weeks is still plenty of time, but babies do have a mind of their own. Don’t be scared, just try and spend some time each day in these positions to give your Bub the space to move. 💜
Hi Bettina. Thank you for this video. My last pregnancy was a last min c section cuz i was induced at 41 weeks and the baby never turned in labor and remained posterior and I did not dilate beyond 3. I am 24 weeks. Can you pls share how can I go about ensuring that the baby is in optimal position?
At 24 weeks there is still lots of time for baby to turn. Mobility and alignment in the pelvis can help make Bubs path through the pelvis smoother. Practicing pregnancy yoga helps with this as well as making sure you keep good posture.
20 weeks is still super early. Bub should have plenty of space to turn. But there is also no harm doing these exercises. They will just assure your body has ample space for body to turn.
I m in 39 week cmplt and want to do vbac but baby is posterior and not head engaged .doc said that go with another c section.plzz guide me. Doc gave me 3 to 4 days to decide nd go for c section
Hi Zenia. You can definitely still try for a VBAC with a posterior baby. The bright side is that he/ she is head down - that's great! It's not unusual for babies not to engage until the last minute before labour. Without knowing why you ended up with a Caesarian last time I would say it's worth trying for. Is there someone near you who specialises in VBAC that you can get advice and support from?
No. I m from pak and c section has become very common now a days. Doc told me that your bone is not so good but not narrow and your baby also not dropped uterus is not open yet and if you go in labour naturally before Monday that is 25 june then we will try but after that you should go for c section. I m very confused and don't want another c section. Can you send me any powerfull video for baby dropping or labour pain. Because I have only 3 days left to decide.doc gave me 27 june for c section but adviced not to wait for 27 because its useless for me to wait. My first baby is 3 and half years old. I want to experience the natural vaginal birth. Plz Guide me
I haven't made any videos on VBAC specifically. As for dealing with labour paid, the best tool you have is using the breath. ua-cam.com/video/mabbmHYSGqk/v-deo.html It is not uncommon for a pregnancy to last longer than 40 weeks so you can always decline the section and wait the extra week. Your body may naturally go into labour later. Good luck.
My midwife told me that in your last c section my doc made a stitch on uterus mouth. And because of that stitch iwill not go into labour and uterus mouth will not Open so I should go for another c section. Is that possible?
It's unusual. This is definitely out of my range of expertise though. If you're doubting your doctor or midwife perhaps it's time to get a second opinion?
hi, im currently 35 weeks with op position and head engaged, feeling lots of irregular contractions, can i practice these exercises at this stage?? thanks
hello . im 29weeks of pregnant " i had suffering a posterior and i had a backpain anD what is the best position for the baby normAl delivery ?? what is the best exercise
At 29 weeks you still have plenty of time for Bub to turn. If your back is hurting it is likely from the hormone relaxin releasing your joints. Try a gently yoga class to stretch and strengthen the back.
I’m 38 weeks + 2 days and was told yesterday that baby is posterior. The midwife said the head is engaged quite deep - is there any chance that they will still turn with these exercises? I thought yes until you said “we don’t want baby to engage in posterior position”. Baby is also measuring large and now I’m worried all of this is heading towards c section which I want to avoid like nothing else ☹️ please reply, it would be so helpful
Hi.i m currently 38+2 days and my baby is partial posterior.is it safe to do these exercises at this stage to turn baby into anterior position.i have low risk pregnancy and everything is fine with baby and me.thankyou
Thank you for this video mam can you tell me can my wife start this exercise from 21week and this exercise can be done in empty stomach or after breakfast, lunch, dinner.
I wouldn't worry about starting this particular yoga until at least 30 or so. It's perfectly normal for a baby to sit posterior and still turn on their own up to 35 weeks. (sometimes even later) All yoga is best practiced a couple of hours after eating because it can be uncomfortable on a full belly. Hope that helps.
It is definitely possible for a normal posterior delivery. Trust your baby and your body. It’s also possible for baby to turn at any stage. Sending you love and strength for birth.
I'm 39 weeks pregnant and just found out my baby's posterior. I'm scheduled to induce in another 5 days or so. Will it be of any help if I try the basic exercises now, like the all fours?
Absolutely it can help. Babies can turn right up until during labour. Why do they want to induce you? What is their reason for this? Feel free to email me if you want to chat about this more. bettina@bettinarae.com
I told my nurse I was having real bad back pain and I would have to hold on to the wall when I walk and she acted like she didn’t know what was going on... I swear some nurses are just useless and my due date is tomorrow... I don’t want any complications with this birth 😩 I’m scared now I’m just now hearing about all of this
Don’t be scared. Practice your relaxation breathing for birth and spend the next few days making space in your pelvis. Trust that your body and your baby know what to do. Tension in your body doesn’t help labour to progress so do your best to relax as much as possible. Sending you love and strength for birth. 💜
Hi Bettina. I am 38 weeks and baby is still favoring right hand side. He or she is not posterior though. Can I go ahead and start working on engaging an ROA baby? Pls reply soon.
28 weeks is still really early and bub still has plenty of time (and room) to turn. Best thing you can do is just visualise your baby as head down. It is most likely that he/she will turn on their own.
Im almost 38 weeks and up until now my baby has always been on correct position. Today we found out she turned and now has her back to my right side instead of left... How often should I make this exercises, and when should I stop? Don't want to help her turn just to over do it and have her switch again.. also will this help if she has her cord around her neck? Is there any risk of her having a second turn around the neck?
Having her back to your right side shouldn’t be a problem. And in most cases bub will turn when it’s time for labour anyhow. It won’t hurt to do these exercises everyday for half an hour or so to give your baby space (they can also help to give you room to breathe as bub gets bigger too). The cord can’t be helped, however lots of babies are born with it around their neck. It is quite stretchy. Stay focused on the positive. Your body and your baby know what to do.
Im 40+1 today ive been doing all things to activate labor and found out my baby is in posterior position that is why he is not going down. Can I still do this now for me to have normal delivery?? My ob is planning to induce me 3 days from now
You can definitely still do this. Some babies turn during labour so it’s never too late. You can also request a second opinion or simple ask to wait for another week if there is no medical reason (nothing wrong with Bub or you) to induce. Going into labour naturally tends to be a better experience.
Please I am 33 weeks now, but my last ultrasound confirms that my baby is posterior, please I would like to know if this positions are to be practicing now or when in labor?
@@nappyfro6243 Congratulations!! What did you have? How did birth go? No pressure to share if you're not ready yet. Feel free to email me if you prefer (bettina@bettinarae.com)
I wouldn't overdo inversion if your baby lays breech often late in pregnancy my sixth did anyway, some babies can 'cork screw' down out of posterior during labour by the forward lean hip rocking in contractions you showedMy second cork screwed down an hour before delivery and he was ALWAYs posterior in pregnancyMy first was ALWAYS posterior also and never moved almost got stuck in delivery because I followed midwife instructions to stay in bed as posterior labours were long and I'd need my rest also pushed me to have an epidural thankgoodness I declined yes they are long labours if you recline and don't have an active labour it can end with failure to progress worst advise evvvver

Will doing this by giving space for the baby cause breech position?
Many of these poses are also used to help a breech baby turn. I also have a video for breech, I’d recommend looking at that one too.
If I'm sitting a lot how would you recommend to sit and not sit while encouraging baby in proper position?
You don't want to be reclining like you would in a couch. Can you sit on a fit ball so that you can keep moving and tilt your pelvis forward slightly?
Some of the times yes. Can you just make sure you spend your down time in the other positions? Use a bean bag to watch tv to support your chest to lean forward and give baby lots of space to turn?
No bean bag but we have pillows. You mean like watching tv on hands and knees or laying on the couch (on my left side) vs just sitting?
Yes. If you can't not sit all day, try and add hands and knee position at night when you are relaxing.
Hi. Is there a danger of putting a baby back into postirier by doing these excersices?
Thank you
You're welcome
Hi sister I'm 40 week pregnant cervix open exercise i need please help me
After researching I realize my son was born posterior....wish my midwifes would have told me...
Hello, my baby s head is already engaged 3/5. 34 weeks. Would these exercises still help turning the baby around from back to back position? Thank you
They can help yes. They will give baby the space to come back and turn. If they want to! Babies often have a mind of their own. Good luck!
Am 22 weeks, when can I start doing these exercises?
You can do these safely now, however at 22 weeks bub still has plenty of time to turn. I wouldn’t be too concerned about their position now.
How long should we do these positions for?
5 full breaths minimum but there is really no maximum. The longer you stay the more space you are helping to create.
Hi Bettina, my baby is in right occipit anterior position at 32 weeks. What poses should I do to move him on the left side?
Why does he need to be on the left? Sometimes babies have a reason to be where they are?
@@BettinaRae I dont know, that s what my doctor told me, that if he is on right side the birth will be more difficult :(
I'm currently 38week pregnant ND baby position is cephalic position with placenta posterior wall with grade 3maturity
Is it good
Sleeping on my sides really hurt my hips a lot of pressure, even with pillows so i find it alil more comfortable to sleep prop up with pillows or in a recliner chair, I’m on bedrest so I do this a lot but I’m 39 weeks and just found out my baby is sunny side up 😩 my back pain has increase a lot and I have a lot of false labor, now I know why ,and I need to turn her so I’m trying these stretches, very uncomfortable bc of back pain, and she does a lot of moving when i try to be on hands and knees, I hope she turn I think this is the reason why I’m not in labor im 3cm but her head is not low
I’m sorry you’ve been so uncomfortable but you’re nearly there. You may not be in labour yet because baby and your body are not quite ready yet. Let go of the timing and trust. Your baby will be here soon. 🙏🏻💜
Thanks 😊
Im on my 32 weeks, my baby is posterior position, its possible to my baby to change her position? Thanks for the reply
Still heaps of time Maria. Keep practicing these poses to make space for Bub to turn and visualising your baby in the optimal position. 💜
Wonderful video ! Thank you!
You’re welcome :)
Thank you !
It tends to be, but all babies are different.
Hello. Just gave birth last july 6 and the labor pain that i experienced is tolerable and there is no back pain at all. Thank you so much. Gave birth via vaginal delivery ❤️
Great video! Thanks!
Thanks! x
Can I do this as I am 38 weeks today?
Yes you sure can
Bettina Rae thank you 😊😊
Due tomorrow and baby is still posterior. Going to see if she’ll move for optimal positioning and encourage labor.
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself re due date. It really should be a due ‘guideline’ only. Baby’s will come (and turn) when they are ready. Trust your body and trust your baby. Sending you love and positive birth vibes 💜🙏🏻
Hi I'm 36weeks. Baby is in cephalic presentation with posterior position. Will this exercise help to get anterior position?
Yes it can help make the space for baby to turn.
@@BettinaRae thanks for your reply
I’m 29 weeks and my baby is head down with his back curved against my right side. Should I start doing these things now for baby to get in the optimal position. I heard babies that are positioned as mine is now usually are born in the posterior position and I do NOT want that. 😩
29 weeks is still super early. Plenty of time for bub to turn. Lots of time practice these poses and help make space in your body.
So doing these Exsercises will actually get baby out of there comfort zone and slowly moving?
What weeks should i start doing these exercises? I'm 20weeks found out that my baby is posterior plus Lowlying placenta 😢
20 weeks is still super early. Bub should have plenty of space to turn. But there is also no harm doing these exercises. They will just assure your body has ample space for body to turn.
@@BettinaRae please have some video that help me high my lowlying placenta that's not harm for my 20weeks tummy😢
If you're doubting your doctor or midwife perhaps it's time to get a second opinion?
hi, im currently 35 weeks with op position and head engaged, feeling lots of irregular contractions, can i practice these exercises at this stage?? thanks
Yes you can 😊
Thank you dear ❤️
You’re welcome
found out that my baby is in posterior position, can i try this exercise? I'm currently on my 29 weeks
You sure can. 29 weeks is still super early. Lots of time for them to turn 😊
Ur baby is boy or a girl
hello . im 29weeks of pregnant
" i had suffering a posterior
and i had a backpain anD what is the best position for the baby normAl delivery ?? what is the best exercise
At 29 weeks you still have plenty of time for Bub to turn. If your back is hurting it is likely from the hormone relaxin releasing your joints. Try a gently yoga class to stretch and strengthen the back.
@@BettinaRae thank you so much
My baby is in posterior position and head is not fixed yet.. what should I try for vaginal birth?
This video is perfect for you. Sending you love and strength for birth.
Anything is possible. Trust your body and your baby.
Hi.i m currently 38+2 days and my baby is partial posterior.is it safe to do these exercises at this stage to turn baby into anterior position.i have low risk pregnancy and everything is fine with baby and me.thankyou
Hi Ramanjeet. It is safe yes. If you do the inversion just make sure you have someone supporting you to make sure you don’t fall. Good luck!
Am going to be 30 weeks tomorrow can I try it
Of course. 30 weeks is still early. Plenty of time for bub to turn.
My EDD date is 18th November, but now my baby is in posterior cephalic position, its possible normal delivery
It is definitely possible for a normal posterior delivery. Trust your baby and your body. It’s also possible for baby to turn at any stage. Sending you love and strength for birth.
Same here cephalic posterior wat is ur experience plz share me
I'm 39 weeks pregnant and just found out my baby's posterior.
Thank you for this great video.
+Chelsi Dickman you're so welcome xxx
I told my nurse I was having real bad back pain and I would have to hold on to the wall when I walk and she acted like she didn’t know what was going on... I swear some nurses are just useless and my due date is tomorrow... I don’t want any complications with this birth 😩 I’m scared now
I’m just now hearing about all of this
Don’t be scared. Practice your relaxation breathing for birth and spend the next few days making space in your pelvis. Trust that your body and your baby know what to do. Tension in your body doesn’t help labour to progress so do your best to relax as much as possible. Sending you love and strength for birth. 💜
thank you !!!
You're welcome. x
Hi Bettina. I am 38 weeks and baby is still favoring right hand side. He or she is not posterior though. Can I go ahead and start working on engaging an ROA baby? Pls reply soon.
Baby’s tend to favour one side so I wouldn’t worry about that. I would focus on making space in the pelvis for baby to move into yes.
@@BettinaRae thanks a lot
Hello I am in 28 week pregnant and I came to knw that my baby is in posterior positions. so does my baby change position till due date
@@BettinaRae thank you so so much! Will keep you posted!
Happy holidays! ♥️
Bettina Rae thank you for your reply! ❤️
Please I am 33 weeks now, but my last ultrasound confirms that my baby is posterior, please I would like to know if this positions are to be practicing now or when in labor?
Both. Your baby might move before labour or during. At 33 weeks there is still plenty of time. Keep in touch. X

Omg me too!!!!! Trying everything I can to get them to turn

am 32 week pregnant my baby position also posterior am follow this exercise baby will turn anterior position
Unfortunately you can’t ‘make’ a baby turn but these exercises will give your baby space. At 32 weeks there is still lots of time.
Bettina Rae this position get normal delivery easily become am scared this position
What are you scared of hun?
+Tess Tess thanks for the tips Tess. I really appreciate it. X
Thanks! Making me feel a wee bit more at ease as i only have 3days before due date..
I can feel my 2nd baby is posterior again. I can see movenents of her hands and legs just like i had with my first one.
Hi An Ka. Firstly congratulations on your baby girl. What happened last time? Did she/ he turn in time for labour? Did you deliver posterior?
