Arizona is home to the most iconic landscapes in the United States. To get the mot out of your visit, check out the top things to do in Northern Arizona!
A trip to northern Arizona wouldn't be complete with going to the Meteor Crater between Flagstaff and Winslow. Just south of I-40, it's very accessible and worth seeing. Winslow has a couple of decent restaurants and the Route 66 attraction "Standing on the Corner". Give it a go; You won't be disappointed!
Awesome video! We just visited Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend a couple of months ago and can't wait to go back to explore more of this beautiful state. Really hoping to visit Sedona next year.
Thanks for the comment! Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend were two of the stops I was most excited for. I just wasn't prepared for the crowds! Clearly i wasn't the only one who was excited to see them too :) Sedona was a cool spot. I'd love to go back a spend a week just there.
Nice. I'm 5-6 years from retiring. I like to ride 4-wheelers with others. Without paying for "silly riding tours, can one ride 50-100 miles anywhere in Northern AZ?
You unfortunately left out soooo many other great places!!! 1. Havasupai Falls. Probably one of the most desirable places in AZ. 2. The Painted Desert. Amazing colors everywhere 3. Lake Havasu with the London Bridge. 4. The Meteor Crater. 5. Montezumas Castle. 6. The Wave. A really cool rock formation. 7. Chocolate Falls. 8. Fossil Creek 9. Jerome. One of the coolest ghost towns with great views, awesome tours and cool shops. 10. Devils Bridge, Cathedral Rock & Slide Rock in Sedona. All noteworthy places in Sedona. 11. Hoover Dam and The Dam Tour... All in all, there’s so much to see in AZ but some of these places I mentioned should have made it on the list. Maybe we’ll see a part 2??
The scenery is absolutely stunning. This is on my bucket list! I enjoyed watching your video Arienne. Route 66 looks like a trip I would love. Horseshoe Bay looks a bit like certainly places in Jordan.
I love the beautiful red mountainess sandstone lanscapes. No wonder that many of those beautiful spots are also associated with mystical powers. Thank you, it is a very informative video.
Oh wow Arizona is beautiful. I really love the canons and valleys. Love Sedona and the whole vortex tour. Horse Shoe Bend is also beautiful. I'd love to fly my drone around there. Antelope Canon is also beautiful...How much days would recommend for Northern Arizona...
It sure is! A photographer and videographer's dream! Just be careful about flying your drone. It's not allowed in most of these places without special approvals. A week would be a good amount of time to explore Northern Arizona :)
Great video! I last went to Arizona as an impressionable 11 year old in 1992 and watching this, a whole bunch of memories came flooding back! How did you manage to get people-free photos in Antelope Canyon?
Thanks Joel! I had such a great time in Arizona, I can't wait to get back. In Antelope Canyon I kept lingering at the back of our group to get those people-free shots. And it didn't last long so I had to make sure I could get them in one take.
The iconic Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon have all been on my list for many years. Sedona looks quite interesting as well. I did not know about Lake Powell. Wow! It's huge. What would you say was your most cherished moment visiting Northern Arizona? Well done BTW!
Arizona had been on my list for years too, and I felt like a kid in a candy store exploring the northern half of the state! My most memorable and cherished moment was watching the sunrise at Monument Valley. The sun came right up between the Mittens and it was just incredible :)
The Grand Canyon Railway departs from Williams. If you're driving north from Williams, you'll follow HWY 64. There's not really any towns along the way, so stock up on anything you'll need in Williams.
I've never seen those parts of Arizona, looks like a cool state. How long would it take a person to do a similar itinerary? And the vortex... hmmm... intriguing!
Geography lesson Northern Arizona is everything north of the Mogollon Rim ; Sedona is south of the Rim Monument Valley is in Utah as is most of Lake Powell
@@seeusoontravel Yup Tell me How did you go to Horseshoe Bend and not stop by Lee's Ferry enroute ? How did you miss the Tuba City dinosaur tracks which are on the north side of US 16 5 miles East of the jct of US 89? Suggestion Next time that you're in Flag , visit the Museum of Northern Arizona and then use Shultz Pass Road E to get you over to Sunset Crater and Wupatki National Monuments
Call me old-fashioned but the commentator sounds American I'm looking at an American state why aren't you telling me things in feet and Miles you're telling me kilometers I have no idea what you mean this is America still I like feet and miles so talk to me like I'm an American

Arienne Parzei hi 👋 Arienne I plan to visit Arizona in September how many days do I stay in Sedona to see all this magic ?
Mogollon Rim - mind-blowing!

Wow...what amazing scenery, history, and great narration and presentation 👏
Thank you so much! Arizona is just amazing. I can't wait to go back!
Very cool! I'm moving to AZ from neighboring CA. Will you be covering southern Arizona as well? =)
I hope to! So many great things in Arizona!

Very robust 4x4ing culture in Northern az there are 400 mile rates into moab ut.

You’re right, a part 2 is definitely necessary! There’s clearly SO much to see in Arizona 😎

Thanks Christina! The landscape in Arizona blew my mind. Everyday was like another bucketlist item was checked off. You'd love it there!
Brilliant video. Has made my trip planing so much easier.
Yay, happy to hear that! 🙌🏻

Thank you so much! I really enjoyed putting this video together.
Awesome presentation! thank you! - i live here, not far from the Grand Canyon, and there's no other place like Arizona in the whole world . ..
Thanks so much! Appreciate the kind words 😊
Very well made! Very professional. How long would it take to do all of these attractions/stops you mentioned in your video?
Thank you so much! If you gave yourself a week, you could visit all these spots :)

When I think of the USA I think of the landscapes and red rocks of Monument Valley. Antelope Canyon does look amazing.
Monument Valley is quite iconic :) Antelope Canyon is incredible but it can get a bit tricky to enjoy with all the people they funnel through.
Great video! I last went to Arizona as an impressionable 11 year old in 1992 and watching this, a whole bunch of memories came flooding back! How did you manage to get people-free photos in Antelope Canyon?

Haha I thought it might be that. Nice work!

That must have been an awesome experience. I think I caught a glimpse of it on the video if I am not mistaken.
Wonderful landscapes 😍
Wow, so professional. Great production quality. I love Sedona too! Never really heard of the vortexes. Thanks!
Thanks for the awesome comment! I hadn't heard of the vortexes in Sedona either. They were really fascinating.
What cities do the grand canyon travel by? And what cities does the grand canyon train leave from?
The Grand Canyon Railway departs from Williams. If you're driving north from Williams, you'll follow HWY 64. There's not really any towns along the way, so stock up on anything you'll need in Williams.

Lovely place, lovely video and yeah nice to see a video again. SeeYouSoon :-)

I was on a very tight schedule with the tourism board so sadly no time to venture from our set itinerary. A return trip is definitely required!
This is the United States Americans for the most part don't go by kilometers or meters so please don't use the metric system
I drove through Arizona its ugly.

Nope not American. Canadian. And in Canada we speak in kms 😉
