Brain was given to use sound judgement! To tune it in... is an antenna. You can't love the one's who spirit is getting rid of with karma on ERth tho and the one's who receiving back what they put out... so we gonna love evil spirited leaving... and go to another realms. It doesn’t work. Therapy would be better to unblock subconscious thoughts that are in the way. I wish someone would have told me this a long time ago as I stacked up UA-cam meditating videos like these.
