Nice video, I'm still struggling with the end of my 7-year relationship. The affirmations and the narrators voice have a calming and positive impact on my mood and Outlook, but, UA-cam ruins the vibe by placing loud and bright obnoxious commercials right in the middle of these affirmations. What a terrible thing. I do gain benefit from this video but it would be much more effective if these commercials were not jammed in
