The message here is phenomenal and the words are life changing-I just wish thst it was delivered at a slower, calmer pace with a gap in between phrases so that the words can be digested and felt by my body.. It is spoken so fast that it speeds up my heartrate rather than slow it down-not what I can handle when I am trying to fall asleep. Can you create a slower version?
