Great video! I am finally realizing that I was not loving myself after a friendship breakup. Their validation was like a drug and I lost my self respect, time and identity trying to get it. Everything fell apart when they cut me off, but the truth is we don’t owe each other anything and that I need to let go and put my energy elsewhere. Small steps, this is day 1 after months of wasted time.
