Hi John, this video is footage of the run. But on your question. I wore a US11 and it fits just right for my wide feet. The upper is comfortable and structured over the mid foot. As this is a mixed workout footwear, it is appreciated that lockdown is good on top of the low stack hence a stable platform (not to forget the speedboard too). I did experience less than ideal lockdown in my heel area during the speed workout The shoes feel not ideal for runs that I do currently to prepare for a marathon. Mainly due to the midsole foam being uninspiring and firm. No doubt, we have to remember this pair being targeted as a mixed workout footwear so I would not assess it as harshly as a pair targeted for running. Hope this is useful for you, John! 👍
@@jbp48080 great question. To determine if this is a decent pair of footwear for the activities you stated, it will be worth considering the comfort and type of cushioning you like to have (i.e., firm or squishy/compressive). The midsole of the Cloud X3 is pretty firm as per most ON's footwear. For walking alone, there would not be a problem and it is a good looking pair of shoes. If it is for 5 miles running, and you love firm low stack midsoles, then cloud X3 could be for you. Here I like to suggest the following, if you are set on getting ON, then also consider the Cloudflow, Cloudgo, and Cloud 5 as comparison to the Cloud X3. These products are slightly cheaper than the Cloud X3 too. Hope this helps! Just keep running! 🏃🏻
You can consider if you are good with lower stack running shoes. For a longer distance run such as 21km, there are other options that might give your feet more protection & responsiveness
So no commentary on how the shoe fits and feels

@@dailyrunningco Thanks for the reply. Its a great-looking shoe, would you say this is a decent walking around 5 miles and lite runs type of shoe?
