DaShonuff no doubt about that gen can do real stuff...but that endless-target-combo is really nasty and should not exist. but i honestly think that this is just some kind of weird glitch because they never would do such a thing intensionally

-Ryu's chargable Hadoken

Because they both trained under the same master. Though Gouken chose a different path.

He already have it in Ultra, in my opinion Gouken got worse in Omega, it's fun, but not good(I'm a Gouken main).
