I don't know if it works in anniversary but I remember in the original game you could activate your shield before a quest started, which allowed you to keep it without failing the no protection boast.
On the save the archeologists mission you can just run down to the dock kill the 2 mages and if you do it before the guard’s on the mountain reach the dock it just completes the mission!
I'm not 100% certain, but I think there's a possibility there are boasts for the Bargate Prison quest. At 55:34 in the video, you can hear the Guildmaster say 'You've received a new quest card', and I *think* you can teleport back to the Guild to accept the quest with boasts. I'm definitely not certain, though something tells me that is the case with at least one of the automatic quests!
Okay so I realise it says 0/0 boasts for that quest... so I'm probably wrong there, but rather than delete my comment in shame, I thought I'd leave another comment acknowledging my error, and therefore providing a touch more engagement to the video 😅
Although it would require using a glitch, you could get into bowerstone north early and use the trader exploit to get enough money to buy the Solus Greatsword and then go get the Skorm's Bow all before the first wasp quest, essentially making you an absolute beast if you can get enough exp to max out melee and range damage, however this would only apply to quests where fist fighting wasn't required Obviously you wouldn't be able to use physical shield as it would break the naked boast i believe? But you could master slow time as i believe it is only aggressive forms of magic you can't use for boasts
You don't really need skorm's bow or Solus, for almost all quests it's completely useless here because fistfihgting, and for few others master's bow would be more than enough but really not that necessary physical shield is banned by naked slowtime is good and sometimes unavoidable for all boasts
I'm surprised you never had to reload in the arena because Whisper stole one of your kills. It seems to always happen to me when I try this boast. It really felt like she waited for the enemy to be one hit away from death and then charged.
When you take the clean sweep boast it actually doesn’t require that you kill all the enemies you face, instead it just means that you have to kill whisper at the end. This is the same as the merciful hero boast, you can kill all the enemies as long as you don’t kill whisper
kinda too little too late but during the twin blade quest, your mercenaries don't count towards the boast so they can kill all the bandits for you (technically completing both boasts) and letting you through without spending all your money (I suggest picking up the healing spell to keep them alive)
For save the archeologist I'd have taken the heal life spell. If you're able to save the guards you find along the way they'll also join you so you'll just have this giant ball of guards that will just pump out dps. I'd have also taken the multi arrow spell since it's absolutely broken damage wise and can be used from long distance
Weird does the PC version of Fable Anniversary have some extra features? 6:00 Like right there, it shows how many bandits are left, and in another video I saw the arena also showed how many enemies were left in each round. I didn't get any of that playing the Xbox 360 version. Though I was playing it BC on the Series X, and I read that can cause some issues? Maybe one of the issues is causing those enemy counters to not appear? I definitely noticed some other small visual bugs.
Yeah in the save the archaeologist quest you only have two kill those two summoner minions guarding him at the end, well, plus the one that made the barrier before. everyone else is optional. Actually it may be that the minions just have to not be around him. Not sure which. Because I know if you don't kill them in time and more minions get there, even if they die he won't be saved untill the area is free.
You can't really do that consistently because fist fighting boast, you can get down fast yourself, but you would have to wait for guards to come there, and the other minions go there as well So it becomes an rng part after that, and if guards kill these two, and the bridge will be empty at the moment, then you will get quest pass
Technically it is possible if you count it as all boasts in the sense of every boast you can take not every boast that exists Only some quests have exclusive boasts and there are very few instances where you have to choose between one quest or another
Pretty sure it's one of the DLC packs you can purchase as anniversary has a few DLCS you can buy, mostly outfit packs that come with different outfits I.e heroes pack, villains pack etc
Berserk by all accounts should very much count as an aggressive spell as it increases your damage Technically the spell itself doesn't deal damage as far as I'm aware but unless anyone can verify, I'm pretty sure it is an aggressive spell
@@dphdmn I looked it up, you're correct. Physical shield also wouldn't break the "No aggressive magic" boast but it does break the "no protection" boast

Bro you skipped showing us the times you failed the mission, you know it took you way more tries than you've shown. You edited this video to make it look like to did better than you actually did. You didn't show all the times you had to reload.

Yes, after a certain point in the game all the main quests are automatic and there are no boasts
Although it would require using a glitch, you could get into bowerstone north early and use the trader exploit to get enough money to buy the Solus Greatsword and then go get the Skorm's Bow all before the first wasp quest, essentially making you an absolute beast if you can get enough exp to max out melee and range damage, however this would only apply to quests where fist fighting wasn't required

I FUCKING LOVE FABLE
You can boast for the wasp quest… you just have to do it after being assigned it.

This was both painful and extremely fun to watch. Thank you for sacrificing your sanity.
It was my idea and I approve the cheese.
Are you going to do challenges in other Fable games as well?
Yes, but I have a few more Fable Anniversary ones lined up.
Can you do one in The Lost Chapters? The nostalgia corner of my brain rebels at these graphics.
45:00 just fyi, the heal spell works on your followers too.
... does this game not have The Lost chapters content in it? Because there are more quests...
Fable's combat makes me want to close my head in a door repeatedly
I'm only 7 minutes in but it would be so funny if this whole video is just the first quest.
I’m surprised you didn’t cheese the sword of aeons at the beginning. 😂

beat Beardy Baldy for four in-game days and then teleport to the combat multiplier demon door

Anyone know the music playing during the bandit farm mission in the first 10min?

The Orchard Farm all boasts without the merc is near impossible. I can get past the crate bit but the whisper fight is just all luck.
Fast answer - no because some boast mutually exclusive
Technically it is possible if you count it as all boasts in the sense of every boast you can take not every boast that exists
Only some quests have exclusive boasts and there are very few instances where you have to choose between one quest or another
I also like to farm the hobs cave in the early game.
did the wasp quest have boasts in the original release?
No, because some boasts contradict one another.
How did you get the sword and outfit @19:25 ? I never seen that outfit even after beating the game.
