Hey cooper, my wife and I will be in pattaya for the month of march. Are there any 1 month rentals available for vacationers? We tentatively booked a condo at sky residences for about $800 usd. Any thoughts on the sky residences and whether or not to jump ship and look for something else?
Yes Wendy. It is a very new building. As more people buy to rent out the price will come down. The only had 1 unit for rent. As more rentals become available it will bring the price down due to competition 👍❤️👍
