Great size condo with a great view. With a bit of imagination & few additions to purchase, a person could make it into something very appealing to the eye. The older condo's can offer some real value if space is what you're after. Thanks for sharing Cooper & Darlen.

Great vdo Cooper & Darleen showing us an older but spacious condo with great balcony & views. Much better value in the older condo buildings & much quieter & pleasant area too. You would prob want a better kitchen & Wi-Fi service but great for a long term expat stay at those rates. Its good to see the subs at nearly 2k now!!😉😎🙏🏼👍🏻

Nice find Cooper, a great size with fantastic balcony with sea view. Also has virtually a kitchen minus counter top and cabinets which you could probably pick up if you intended to stay there longer term . I’m sure it’s near the beach location will appeal to many also. I think it’s near where I stayed in December, so handy for the Night Market also.
Yes Brian it’s right near the small night market on Jomtien beach road. You can pick up a kitchen cabinets for $50 here. So it ideal for long term. 👍❤️👍

Superb pool.......These older buildings invariably offer great value......there are many comments about how great the view is, which I understand, but it looks like you don't have any view if you're sitting down on that sofa/at a table etc, which is what I would be doing for most of my time on a balcony, not standing.......When you have an apartment up in the sky, a sense of infinity is paramount imo..................
I think that is why they put the 2 bar stools out there. To enjoy the view while sitting down. IMO

Like you, I don't mind smaller. Cheaper on aircon as well. Very good price and location Cooper. I however like the idea of an expat community in one condo complex like what you an Darlen have started. Once people establish friends, then they might feel more confident to branch out. Keeping fit is a good thing with the gyms along with walking as to prolong our new journeys. I can watch sunsets up on the roof or at the beach any night. Thanks you both.

Hey Coop. Thanks for the video. Great size condo and a good price too for the location. Pretty convenient with laundry service / machines downstairs but I wonder if you could put a washing machine in the place or on the balcony. The WiFi sounded a bit pricey but could probably get away with hot spotting a phone wifi plan. Great balcony and views and conveniently located near the beach. Thanks again Coop. All the best 🤝

I called the number but it is just ringing out. Do you have a contact for this condo you presented brother? Big size, balcony, view and 2 bathrooms are all pluses. Good value for the price. Wifi is too much and didnt notice a washing machine. If I was staying there longterm i’d wanna add some “pieces”…😂. Outdoor parking only ?

Wow!! Nice condo but astounded at price of internet. 2400 Baht is @ 54 GBP per month. I pay half that for twice the speed in the UK. Is the internet really that expensive in Thailand?
No Paul. They have the old copper wires that’s why. I would buy a pocket Wi-Fi a lot cheaper if I was staying there mate. 👍❤️👍

given that space, the lack of a kitchen is absurd. Will they allow a grill on the balcony? That price however, is HIGHLY attractive. I could prolly buy sufficient fibreboard storage self-assemble type "cabintery" for a few hundred bucks, than a grill on the balcony with the sink, I could forgive the lack of a kitchen.

And probably a bigger refrigerator to buy and a bigger microwave. And of course some nice long tables to put your microwave and toaster on. But other than that. Great deal . Plus a grill on the balcony.

The internet price is too high (2400 Baht/$65 USD) in comparison to electricity, water, cellphone, etc. There have to be more affordable internet options for Thailand.
You can get pocket WiFi much cheaper

You have 3 options James.
1) 800k Thai baht in Thailand bank
2) 400k Thai baht in Thai bank with proof of 37k in income.
3) proof of 65k income a month. With No deposit in Thai bank.
For the price such a big place has a pool and a gym would be good
