Akuma knows the combos and parry tech lol, it’s tough to fight him without much experience at the game. There was this old flash game kof wing ex that had a bunch of characters, and rugal had this crazy projectile that knocked all the way back to the other side of the screen. It’s right and then a half circle, and I’d say its difficulty in inputting makes up for its power, but the enemy can spam it if you put the skill level high enough.
