In MK11 Shang Tsung has a soul steal ability that makes him look like his opponent and get their moves, idk if it's quite the same, but it's a similar ditto concept
wouldn't say its the best but sort of risky to use mainly because you're limited on what you can do plus if you get hit after transforming back it hurts a lot

It's weird how no other fighting game tried to replicate the "Ditto" gimmick that Twelve has. Such a neat concept
