In my country, the rtx 4080 (16 GB VRAM) costs 1,16,000 inr and rtx 4090 costs 1,55,000 inr. Then there comes taxes and 4080 becomes 1,95,000 inr and 4090 becomes around 2,12,000 inr and these second ones are just amazon prices. 🙂💔
Considering the 4060ti is genuinely worse than the 3060ti in a lot of areas (Slower bus, less lanes, worse AI/Rendering perf, and more), I would have to say the 4060, which is proportionally weaker off the specs compared to the 3060 to 3060ti gap, will be even more of a trash GPU

Got a core i7 2600 and 12gb ram with a motherboard which if you plug in a rgb keyboard/external hdd/flash drive/anything that draws power all of my usb ports stop working. I tried remedeing it by adding a pci e usb card but then my computer will restart after playing 10 minutes in Rainbow six siege and only in Rainbow six siege. No other games cause my pc to restart with the usb pci card . I did have a rx 550 4gb but recently got a steal of a deal on a rx 5500 8gb card. I do have a ssd also (first upgrade to the pc)

I was guessing you have ram of 2 different models because i have seen 12gb ram only on laptop, it's the ram or the PSU that is the problem, if the ram is same model (if not then they dont work together) then its PSU because the new gpu might be taking too much power. don't forget only 8 PCIE lanes, which means an effective 4x gen 4 link on gen 3 mobos, which was done just to force towards upgrading your PC to support it and not leave its lackluster performance on the table lol

They are throwing away the stock 4060s because literally no one buys them and they need space. So they pretend like they have good intentions since they got bad reputation.
