I’m struggling to get my sauce thick from the slow cooker recipe. Perhaps I over loaded the crockpot with too many wings and there’s too much grease from the wings? I’m going to try a slury to thicken it up. Any advice for next time would be amazing! Thanks! 💕

A lady in my area found a farm/ranch outside of town and they sell organic chickens that she swears by. Maybe you could find something like that. I don’t think people will be flocking to the local farmers.

Not sure about recipes but you could try switching to low sodium sauces and add the sauces after cooking the ingredients to limit the amount of sauce you need for flavour since the sauce's flavour can get lost during cooking but sodium content remains.
I don't think so. I followed one of this woman's recipes and had to go to the ER because my blood pressure spiked to over 190/160. I told my Dr about what led to the spiked BP and he asked me to show him the UA-cam channel I got this recipe off of LoL. My Dr pressed the red unsubscribe button and gave me a tongue lashing I won't forget. Stop following UA-cam so called cooks and UA-cam so called doctors and UA-cam know it all fast talkers. Tapioca starch works even better than corn starch.

Why wouldn't you just use the saute function on your pressure cooker rather than dirtying a separate pot to reduce the sauce?
