I just found your channel and your recipes so align with what I like in food. I am so happy to find a chef that likes dark meat as much as I do. I will admit that I completely miss why people like white meat. It is dryer has worse texture and less flavor. It is whiter though. Printed out like 4 recipes and will try them. Other than the lasagna you made all seem pretty solid for a diabetic as well. Loved how much you truly liked the chicken at the end.

Don't know if you read the comments , But if you do my wife is from Indonesia . Once they had a food fare in the city . She got chicken on a stick . I have sought for something as good ever since,16+ years ago . I think you may make something that might compare . Although have not found it or made it to be as good . I am Longing for that flavor , It had a peanut sauce , but it was spicy. Oh the smell , i was in the hospital and the staff was coming to my room to find out what food i had . Yes it was that good She also had some spice stuffed tofu .People who don't like it, never had it that way . My wife don't cook, well like to cook so i do .And i love to cook . I grow my own ingredients as much as possible here in PA. USA.. 1 long beans,2 lemon grass 3 birds eyes and ghost chilies,4 some shallots , 5 pickles Would like your help on this one ! Thank You . Scheuan pepper corn gives a numbing sensation i think you can do that but I'd rather put it in the oil
