- This is a small boom arm from Tonor. It’s the model T10. If you are just getting started or need something portable I think this is a good deal.
A boom arm allows you to move the microphone to a convenient location and a better angle than just a mic stand.

This looks like a nice, purposeful setup! Thanks for sharing David!👍😊
You're welcome! I think it's going to be good for the RV. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
Looks like a great set up! And the comparison at the end was very helpful. The base on that one looks solid.
I like this one a lot.
That’s a nice set up
I think it will be nice for traveling. You could even use it for a camera mount. Have a great day and be safe out there!
great review, just purchased this boom arm today to complete my game streaming setup, can't wait to get my hands on it! and for 20 bucks!
Thanks and thanks for checking it out. I really like this one and for the money I think it's hard to beat.
Have a great night and be safe out there!
It really sounds good my friend. Thks for the great information. Great review 👍🏼
Thanks for checking it out. Have a great night and be safe out there!
The handling noise is highly dependent on the microphone itself. It sounds like that Pyle microphone you have is really high quality. Having said that, that boom arm does help with the noise because it looks to be very well built. Great video, David!
You're correct. I mentioned that in another comment however the spring noise was less on this boom than the other.
I didn't try my Pyle on it but the Shure SM57 did pretty good.
For $16 with the coupon I thinks it's a great deal even to keep around for a spare. It would also work well to hold a phone or camera.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
@@onlymyopiniontech my bad! I could've sworn you were using the Pyle version of the SM57 😂 I missed that part as I was working while watching your video. No wonder it performed so well.
I always enjoy watching your videos. I've been following you for quite a while now, started following through another of my channels. It was because of your review that I bought a Mokose 4K camera and it's worked really well.
God bless and have a great rest of your week!
@@JoeCastellon no problem, they look the same. 😃 The Pyle actually does a pretty good job. Especially for the price difference. Thanks for checking everything out.
I just bought another Mokose camera. It has laser auto focus and 10x zoom and the zoom works with the remote. 😳
I haven't opened it yet but I'll be doing a review on it soon.
@@onlymyopiniontech wow, that sounds amazing! The manual focus is the one pain point of the Mokose camera, at least in my use case which I admit, is not the intended use for it. I'll be looking forward to your review!
The handling noise was very minimal
The Shure SM57 helps with that too but the springs seemed reasonably quiet. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
I’m sorry could you explain what the other pieces are that you are using! Thanks you
The mic clip is just to hold a handheld type mic. The curved piece of screen is a pop filter. It helps minimize wind from your voice from contacting the mic element.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and be safe out there.
