As a girl who doesn't have the best equipement, this is what I found out while trying it: - If you use flour, add a little bit of water to make it more smooth. - if the paste sticks to your hands too much, put a little bit of flour on your hands. -If you make them smaller then they will stay nice and complete. -use butter instead of oil so it doesn't stick to the pan -add spices in the mashed patatoes for extra taste. I added salt, pepper and nutmeg, that is just my personal preference Hope these tips helped :) ♡

It didn’t work much the first time, cause my potatoes were too watery. Second time with a more dry kind of potato, worked well. After shaping them I brushed oil before air frying them at 180° C. I want to make this again asap 😋

Edit: mine was very soft, maybe some more flour ( I used flour as he said we could and I had no rice flour ) and some breadcrumbs would help. You need to wrap the cheese tightly in the dough, but mine didn’t leak luckily. I used 2 heaped-ish teaspoons of cheese per pancake. Try nutmeg and you will love it or cumin or capers in the filling with the cheese or in the dip

Edit: mine was very soft, maybe some more flour ( I used flour as he said we could and I had no rice flour ) and some breadcrumbs would help. You need to wrap the cheese tightly in the dough, but mine didn’t leak luckily. I used 2 heaped-ish teaspoons of cheese per pancake. Everyone loved it though, and Nino’s right, chilli sauce and this is 👌.
