SPICY CHEESE SAUCE:
- 20g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- 5g Flour
(中力粉)
- 100ml Milk

- 1/2Tsp Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 1Tsp Chilli powder
(チリパウダー)
- 2 Cheese slices

I always love your video sir. Though, ngl I understand when some comments said they missed your english subtitle, because when you talk through the sub (like telling about a bit of your life/what you feel/roasting us lmao) it feels less lonely and there's like a bit of connection for me. You didn't tell a lot or being excessive for the explanation which make it good. But but but, I know life can be very busy and rough, so take your time and just do it when you feel better and happier. I still love the video too. Dw!
1. Just ignore all the people asking you to roast them in subtitles. It's a fun bonus, but only do it if you feel like it, not because people keep asking for it. This is your channel, do what make you happy. (I am ready for all the dislikes)
2. I wonder if using a potato ricer will work the same as the mesh, or how that will change the texture?

Hmmm, about your second question...I think using the mesh may save time in getting the required "finer" texture as opposed to using a ricer? It's definitely a good question.
