my dad got the iphone 11 and i got the s10....mine is sexier and I'm really used to android now and the one ui 2.0 is absolutely amazing...but the iphone is also really good and for camera i prefer the iphone... especially the nightmode photos...they are much clearer on the iphone

I have always preferred my colors slightly oversaturated. I used to work as a photographer and my biggest struggle was always resisting my own urge to oversaturate images in post production. So the S10 images immediately drew me in. But I definitely liked a lot of other things from the iPhone photos.

Im looking at purchasing the S10 5g because I know a store selling it almost brand new for only $300, but the exynos processor is kind of putting me off.
4k recording has way better stabilization on the 11 but has a tiny bit more clarity on the s10. I think I like pictures on the 11 a little better especially night mode, but wide angle definitely looks better on the s10.

Neither iphone 11 nor s10 is anywhere close to stabilization king lol, but iphone clearly does better at it and he even agreed in the video. I’ve had both and still have both trust me

4:30 Man, the image stabilization on S10, when running, is far far away better than on Iphone... Just look at the post to the left on the image on both and the difference is visible, and huge!
Possible, they look just as bad to me :) look at my video between the GoPro 7 and the iPhone 11, the stabilization on the GoPro 7 is crazy when running

I just don't like the iphone 11's audio. But the iphone 11 kinda looks smooth while walking but when you're running, it looks horrible!
S10 is clearer and brighter than the iPhone 11 yellow tint on the iPhone is not good.

I know I might get alot of hate but I think that it depends on where you are taking a picture or recording at because in some situations the s10 looks better and in some situations the 11 looks better so it just depends
The iPhone 11 does look pretty good. Especially its low light recording, front facing photos, night mode, and portrait shots. From an S10 user.
S10 recording and pictures look realistic and untouched wich gives a very real look... the iphone sometimes accentuates colors adding more warmth..

@@dereckgil4819 This is probably my biggest gripe with samsung phones (aside from the ads on your notification bar, WTF??) They are aggressively trying to make your skin look as smooth as a baby's bum for some reason (oh I know why, south koreans, nuff said). I briefly went to sony and using xperia is a breath of fresh air. Sadly they're not sold here anymore so my options eventually boiled down to samsung/apple.
The style of the 2 phones is different.
Picture:
The iPhone makes images more detailed, editable after shooting.
Samsung makes beautiful images in their style, which we can immediately share on social media.
Audio (as opposed to image):
iPhone always record noise-canceling
Samsung retains the sensitivity of the recording mic.

Samsung makes their photos ruddy, smooth with human skin, and the scenes are brighter.
Samsung pictures are auto-manipulated by their software and iPhones pictures are natural

Been thinking of getting either of these, I like Samsung from before and because I didn't really like using the Iphones before. I like the customization but also the power sharing on the S10 but here everyone have Iphones and use Facetime and the fact that Apple do good on apps performences like SnapChat and stuff.
It is so weird. S10 looks like reality and the iphone makes things look so dreamy. The iphone looks more saturated. There's gotta be a way to get the same effect on the s10, which looks colder with less sat. Has anyone figured out how? At night I prefer the s10.

@@Bruh-mz8nx maybe the battery is bigger than iphone, but i ve got to s10, and i taking 5-6 hours screen on time. And bigger is not better always.
I prefer the s10 way more in daytime and photo in general. Night shot is definitely iphone and overall the video is very good for iphone. One thing I hate is the yellow tint on the iPhone and I prefer way more the appealing s10 ready to go photo even if they are not super realistic (I swap my iphone x to s10 for this reason! Remember photography is art not a realistic representation of the reality)
This is really one of the best comparesations for these devices I had seen.
IPhone 11 over all is the best for sure but Samsung s10 is still great device.
iphone has a odd brown like filter, the reason why is to decrease the bloom from lights. You can see on the s10 that you get a little bit more bloom from lights. It's a good design but also a flaw. The s10s playback speed is faster because it has to 8 high frequency cores. And the s10 has 2x the ram so overall faster performance.
Overall it boils down to operating system to choosing a phone.

I'm not much of an apple fan but their camera is significantly better for portraits or any sort pictures of people. A majority of the pictures on my phone however aren't selfish, group pictures, etc. so I am not looking to buy an apple device but I totally see why others go that route. I am also a fan of the note series so thats why I'd stick to samsung for now.
And the new Note is coming in August
@@RedskullPro yea, I don't see myself upgrading though. I'd love to have the higher refresh rate but I dont think it'll be of any advantage. Unless it has a significantly bigger battery to account for the refresh rate and there is a high trade in price, I probably won't upgrade.
I'm leaning towards the s10 I really don't care about portrait mode I'm more of the main lens type of person. The iPhone 11 got popped on by the s10 the audio from the videos sound way better on the s10 then the iphone11.

pictures s10, but video ip11 (i don't like it, but it is true: better dynamic range, realistic exposition, much less noise and better sharpness in low light, smoother stabilization). Stabilization in s10 looks more like gopro (EIS only) then camera with OIS.
S10 is great in main cam but a lil bit filtered in front, unlike iphone has rich color and more natural. S10 has greater stability than iphone.

@@andrear719 I am talking about the lenses type .. for example galaxy note 10 has a 10mp selfie camera and a70 32 but the note 10 is better the pixels doesn't always matter.. the a70's lenses not from the same type of the note 10's lense

Both are great but I like Samsung better though on your vid was clear that night mode/portrait/selfies Iphone did a better job. While mic/stabilization/video/photos Samsung won! This are small diferences and honestly the bigest question will be if you can adapt to each system. Which one you feel more more confortable using it?
Also considering the price I'd stay with S10. When do use your phone ? During day /night ? On the clubs do u go completely in the dark ? Or do you use the phone more for selfies ? Consider where and when you use more the phone and then see what you think would be best for your use. Also if you have apple computer or Samsung tv this can interfere.
To me S10 is a win plus Iphones are wayyyyy over priced imo.

to people who said iphone is natural and samsung is vivid there is no phone that has natural color iphone has darker saturation and samsung has brighter color. when you try to adjust the brightness of the samsung it will become true to reality the true reason why samsung looks whiter because it adjust to high brightness

The iPhone 11 makes audio sound from inside my head with AirPods on and Samsung sounds like someone is talking to me without AirPods on. It’s like IPhone is more bass and Samsung is more clear. iPhone has less glare from light, and Samsung is just too bright for me and doesn’t capture realistically in comparison to our eyes. Samsung takes better still-pictures but I’d say iPhone takes better videos. I prefer iPhone overall.

Good comparison. I like the Samsung better in nearly every regard, though portrait mode is arguable either way. Comparisons like this are why I get irritated when people say "iPhone has the best camera". It's pretty subjective, but I feel like you said, the Samsung pictures are going to be "liked" more than the iPhone pictures.
Also, one thing I'm surprised you didn't point out was how much more clear/sharp the Samsung video looked. This is especially noticeable in the first few scenes (parking lot).

iphone needs to fix that mic noise cancelation, I cant hear when you speak all i hear is annoying wind . while on the s10 i can you hear perfectly and hardly hear the wind

Hi I have a s9+ and the camera is pants looking to upgrade to one of there phones, my brain is saying iphone 11 as iv never owned one only samsung, is this a good decision as in just fed up of software support just last the final update to android 10 and now will be stuck forever.
I will tell you from now that that the switch to iOS won't be easy and you will hate the iPhone for many weeks till you get used to it and the limitations
I would recommend don't switch as getting used to IOS will take a long time and you're more limited when it comes to customization and flexibility on the iPhone. On top of that, moving all of your data from your Samsung to an iPhone wouldn't be as compatible as moving your data from one Samsung device to another.

I liked the S10 better except for its selfy front facing camera. The iPhone’s selfy looked better in color and seemed to frame your head better too. While you were walking using the regular rear facing cameras, there were many instances where signs were more legible on the S10 before they became legible on the iPhone.

@@paulolukeny5736 I think it's just because that there are hundreds of android phones with different specs, so for app developers it's nearly impossible to optimize for each phone. While with apple you have limited hardwares so the variability is way smaller.
