    Started doing these...and it works!Didnt loose any fat,of course,but belly turned flat after a couple of weeks,doing it daily. And people notice. You sir are doing great job with these videos!

    Thank you. I've been doing the breathing technique for about 2 weeks now and have lost 1 inch from my belly.
    I'm also a singer and I would like to add that my singing voice has greatly improved. I can hit a high C with ease now. I'm elated. Thanks again.

      It's true! The 1st exercise was something we did in music school! The next step up was putting a heavy book on our bellies and do the breathing exercise laying down. It helped to watch the book and try to keep it raised as we exhale. And the book added light weight for resistance

    I love the way Dr Alecseev lovingly holds the skeleton's hand in each video. I think he does it involuntarily... But its such a sweet gesture.. his fingers entangling with the skeletons.

    Dear Dr A, I have Diastasis Recti. As you know, it's a condition where connecting tissue between the abdominal muscles over-stretches, causing the abs to separate and a convex doming effect occurs above the belly button. Where other techniques have failed, your exercises have helped get my core strong again. Thank you for making making us all smile.

    I can feel muscles in my abdomen, lower back (sacrum) and rib cage that have not been used in a long time. It feels refreshing and I can tell the muscles have been waiting! Thank you again

    I did the vacuum breathing and the stretch on the ground with a blanket. Felt good, but I got up and was sore and my lower back/ribs were in a little spasm. It definitely works! Have to go easier, but now I know how little I use my lower/back ribs! Thank you!

    I've done this movement while experiencing lower back pain in the past..done gently, it brought relief along with other
    stretches. As a former runner I Know that regular stretching ,and
    core strength help prevent many injuries of all types...that regular and shorter workouts have more value overall.(Including stretching) Especially now in my 60's.

    I didn't drink milk for 20 years. Fixed my digestive system. Down 30 lbs. Body fat less than 22%. Now I drink (' organic ')whole milk
    Often. Good protein. Female age 60. It's all in the digestion. Fix the intestinal environment and you're good to go. I did that with fasting. It's awesome to eat anything you want and stay slim.

    Laying down pulling in the stomache makes for a very excellent way to loosening up tightness Breathing in hold in stomach continue to hold in while breathing out 👏
