I literally did the same. We have a 2020 midnight silver M3. I Bought a 2022 Model Y midnight silver. Initially, we were going to trade in. Tesla lowballed. We actually did Turo on the M3 for 6 months. Made a good amount of money, but it was hard to keep up with. So I stopped. My oldest son just got his learner's permit. So we will keep the M3 for him. But I have a reservation on a Cybertruck, so we may sell the Model Y. This is helpful.
