That is so awesome Robert! I don’t think it’s a mid life crisis… you sound like a guy that has enjoyed living your life to the fullest and you’re just ready to add something else to enrich your life ….. it sounds so generic to say but I have found riding so incredibly relaxing…. Being out on the road and find my self blowing my breath out a sigh of relief:) hope you make it out of Korea soon and get to the states! Vegas bound !!!!
You wanna know why I got an Indian instead of a Harley? You don’t see everyone riding around on Indians. I wanted something different than what everybody else has.
Absolutely spot on about Harley dealerships. I went in to put money down on a Fourty Eight, and a some dude was giving me shit for wanting it. He said it was a girl's bike, it was too small, and I needed to get a Road Glide or something. Guy didnt even work there, he was just shopping for apparel. Salesmen was no help either, thought I was just window-shopping. I left, went to the other side of town and bought a Yamaha. I swear, Harley owners are doing more damage to the company than they realize.
Yep 👍…:that’s the exact mentality that I’m talking about……The 48 is an absolutely beautiful bike…..there’s a very unhealthy peer pressure system that surrounds the brand like none other and you are right it does damage to the brand as people get turned off to it by some of the owners….I would think if a guy with a Road glide saw you looking at a 48 he would be happy that you were joking the team not belittle you and actually turn you away…. And that salesman should’ve had some balls and had your back….he could’ve made a sale and potentially a future returning customer as many people that start on Sportsters do continue on with the brand:)
Maybe I’ve just been lucky. I go check out the dealerships around me as I save for my first bike and the guys at my local Harley shop are nothing but fantastic. Both the dealers and the other customers. Some dealerships have told me I couldn’t hear what the bikes sounded like because I wasn’t planning on purchasing. The guys at the shop asked me if I wanted to listen to any of em just because. And the other shoppers have had the same positive and inviting attitude
Don’t be so sensitive lol. Majority of people make bad decisions buying sportsters only to trade them in a year later bc they realize they ARE too big and want more out of a motorcycle. He was prob trying to save you some financial heartache
I agree with you 100%. I worked with a hard core Harley rider for 8 years. He rode like 40 miles to work every day and rallies at least half the summer weekends. He said to me he had more respect for a guy who rode a 150 cc scooter as their main mode of transportation through any weather than a weekend Harley rider lucky to top 5000 miles a year. And he added..."ya'know...when it isn't raining...or they aren't golfing". I laughed out loud at that.
been riding for 13 years and I just bought a new Indian Scout Bobber. It's what I want. I agree with you, I don't like the whole "it's a beginner bike" mentality. it makes for a great beginner bike but it is not solely a beginner bike. get what you want and ignore the judgment of others. get something you'll love and want to ride more of. you'll never regret it, don't live your life according to others preferences.
At Indian they told me the Scout was like a beginner bike.. I was like what makes it a beginner bike? I didn't really get an answer.. I'm waiting for my 101 to get in.. and incidentally, the dimensions on the 101 are not much different than my HD Breakout.. different motor.. but hey.. I am not thinking the difference between a low rpm high torque motor and a high rpm 111hp motor is their reasoning for , so called beginner bike.. makes no sense to me.. the Chief Sport seems cool, but if I want to ride a bike high off the ground I'll ride my Pan America. To each his own.
@happyness5293 yeah dude I do not see that as a beginners bike at all! I wouldn’t want my kids starting on something like that…. 350, 500,650 those are beginners bike IMO. Thanks for the comment dude!
I don't understand the term beginner bike. I've gone from a 1200 sportster to an indian scout to a softail. I don't feel any of them do anything better in the sense of claiming it to be the next step up from beginner.
The reason I bought my Scout was actually from the Harley salesman. I was checking out an 18 iron 1200. I actually liked that bike. 9950 price, looked great. Had like 3k miles on it. I told him 10k was my price range. He told me the Scout bobber was a way more capable bike. So I bought my 2020 Scout bobber with 1k miles on it for 10k. At the Indian dealer. My local Indian dealer really sweetened the deal to say the least. Never had a better experience with a dealership! Good stuff man! Keep up the badass content!
That’s Sick Dude!!!! Yep I haven’t looked back since I got the Bobber….. crept maybe in the middle of the handle bar install lol… watch the vid where I describe what I did wrong if you haven’t …..Uhg! Thanks for the support man! Been busy this week but more vids on the way! Appreciate you watching and the comments! Peace
When I bought my Sportster S the Harley dealership was great. Didn’t try to persuade me to get a different bike or anything. Even took away all of the dealer fees for one that only had 200 miles on it.
Good choice. The Iron 1200 looks nice but it is too basic with not much power in my opinion. I don’t drive fast but love the pull of a high torque bike for city driving. The Iron does not have it. Love your choice.
@@whordie6970 really the 1200 doesn't have much torque? I thought was the harley claim to fame! Alot of harley bois at work gave me shit for my "little" bike. Well...the used to anyway. 🤣 Thanks man. I love my Scout, I changed a few things on it. It is so dang comfortable now. I take little trips on it and couldn't be happier with the thing.
the same thing happened to me with my Indian Scout 60 2021, I just love this bike to death. my best days are when I am on my Indian! PS I am 74yrs old and I couldn't deal with the weight of my Harley Dyna fxdc anymore, but thanks to Indian and their low bike design and lighter bikes! I am still riding.
Nice Toby!!!! Representing for the older guys! Dude that is so cool your still riding man! Keep you young :) Yep the scout is just a very well balanced machine thanks to the low center of gravity!
Hahahahahaj right on Dude!!!! I’ve watched tons of your stuff…….I am honored man! The only way this day could get any better is if you trashed me in one of your vids!!!!!! 😂
Hmmmmn let me give you a few ideas that viewer have said to me……I’ve been Called Goldilocks….not a man because of my hoop earrings……what happened to men…..I like cheap bikes…… uh 🙄 the list goes on hahahaha.
@@BikesBeardsAndBrews ha awesome man! I super appreciate you taking the time to reach out it totally made my day dude … I gave your Channel a shout out :)
Couldn’t agree more. They gotta let people buy what they want, when they want, instead of upsetting potential customers, and talking themselves out of a sale at the same time. I was deciding between a Softail Slim and a Sportster 1200 Superlow after years of riding superbikes. I was fortunate to have a very helpful and honest salesman (verified by asking many questions I already knew the answer to). I went with the Sportster for its size, it’s style, and it’s price. With all the accessories and stage two performance upgrades I got with the bike, it actually ended up costing a few grand more than the stock Softail. But, I got exactly what I wanted; several years have since passed, the loan is paid off, it’s still exactly the bike I want, and I have no plans to get rid of it.
Wait a minute….. you mean you still like your Sportster ….. according to the salesman you should’ve hated and out grown it in about 6 months 😜 hahahahahah
The thing that stood out for me was the look of the Indian Scout Bobber and like you stated it was different . Definitely the bike for me. Absolutely love it. Happy Trails and God Bless.
My first bike was an 1990 883 sportster. I had it shipped to Japan via the USAF new bike sales program. I rode it from one end of the country to the other during a four year time frame. I was 20 years old, and had the time of my life.
That is AWESOME Richard!!! What a cool experience that must have been and good on HD for having a program like that back then. Appreciate you watching and commenting dude. And thanks for serving our country man 🇺🇸
Great summary. Thank you, it’s exactly how I feel. My interest in Indian has grown substantially over the past year…the quality of their bikes far exceed HD (I have always loved HD) but I cannot bring myself to pay the exorbitant price. Indian Bikes are producing what we riders want…I am 57 and have the funds to easily purchase either bike. Here in Sydney Australia we only have one Indian dealer, I hope more will open. HD have lost their path and sold out to trying to please everyone…it’s sad but true. I am seeing more Indian bikes on the road now and want one too. Thank you for clarifying my thoughts.
Awesome Steve:) thanks for watching from Sydney…I always love hearing where people are watching from 🤓 The Scout is a very nice bike and just purrs like a kitten 🐱 Lmk what you end up with my friend!
Great video! In my many years of riding, motorcyclists who label a bike as a "girls" bike are most likely to have chosen whatever they ride based on how masculine the bike makes them feel rather than on how the bike fits their riding habits, use, etc. Not to throw shade on any motorcyclist out there, but if you buy a motorcycle as a status symbol and then put 1200 miles a year on it, why are you spending that money?
Really enjoyed your video. You made so many points on how you choose the Bobber, witch are the very same reasons I ended up ordering a 2022 Scout from my local Indian dealer.
Right on Don! You will not be disappointed I promise you! Had mine for 2 years and love it every time I get on the thing….heck I love it every time I just look at it lol!!!! Amazing bike and the quality/craftsmanship is just freakin amazing! What model color did you get?
@@FASTLANEMOTO Scout bobber, maroon metallic smoke, just loved that color from the first time I saw it. With pathfinder LED and tact. Should get a call any day that it's in. I find myself as excited as a school boy. Can't wait, this has been a two year process in decision-making and availability.
Nice man! That is a sweet color! Ooooh I want the Pathfinder myself I’ve got I think it’s called an eagle eye or something that someone gave me so I was like yeah I’ll use it cause the stock headlight is hella dim…. But just is way too bright and I find people flashing me thinking it’s on brite…IDK I just don’t think it’s really made for this bike with the lower rear end.
Totally understand man. Tried a ton of bikes when I wanted to upgrade from my Shadow Aero to something bigger and more comfortable for highway riding for me and my wife. The moment I sat on the Indian Roadmaster... it was like you said... hand in glove. Love that bike. Truth is I didn't have any issues with any of the dealers at all. They were all great to deal with. Ultimately just came to the bike that felt right was the one that we got. Found a nice 1 year old bike that saved us a bunch of $ and had tons of upgrades on it. Was a no brainer. Helps a lot that it's a really different looking bike too... doesn't look like all the other bikes out there.
Nice Miles! Yep you know it when it’s the one! Just something sparks on ya….. mine feels like a buddy to me sometimes I find myself givin it an atta boy pat on the tank lol
I went through the same thing. Upgrading from a Rebel. Looking at a Shadow, Bolt and Valkyrie. I was staying away from HD and Indian because of price, but then started looking at Sportsters. I figured since now I am looking at HD, I might as well at least look at Indian, and when I came across the Scout, love at first sight. Totally hooked when I first rode it. I am pretty agnostic, I think all bikes are cool, but Indian did hit it out of the park with the Scout. I also rode a Scout Bobber for a few days, very cool, a lot of looks. But I am happy with my extra inch of suspension.
I was thinking a Harley sportster 48 when I was looking to switch from sport bikes …. Loved the look rode one and it just didn’t feel right …. Found an Indian dealer rode the scout 1200 feeling love put a deposit down same day They just have such a different feel. And not many around.
Absolutely Jillian! Such a smooth bike and better balanced than a sportster honestly…. And I agree it’s cool to be unique :) thanks for the comment and watching g the vid🤓
@@FASTLANEMOTO I was in similar position like you. I started with Intruder 800 but after 5 years of riding and 100000km I wanted something stronger, but mainly with better brakes and some electronic friends to help me in dangerous or unsure situations. I tried the road King, was of course better, but very expensive for the value. Then the previous model of Dark Chief. Was super. But when I could buy it, they replaced it with new version and I don't like it. And also, I don't like the black engines on cruisers. I felt that Scout is small for me, even the design is great. If it would be in size of Chief, I would buy it. Then was mu dream theBMW R18, but after first sitting on the motorbike I decided that it is veeery strange for riding. Too low seat, engine obstructing to straighten the legs, shift the gear or use brake. I am ended by Triumph Rocket 3 GT, is absolutely perfect for me.
Awesome man! It’s crazy how it’s almost like the bike picks you lol!!! You basically know it when you ride it…. There are bikes that I love the looks of but after riding was like…nope!!! 🤓
Patience and looking at everything I could find on the two brands is what led me to Indian. I went Roadmaster Dark Horse because I need the luggage, I'm an OTR trucker so I carry my go bag, laundry and a few other things back and forth to work.
I heard all the things you couldn't do on a Sportster until I did them. People told me it was small so I put on forward controls and different handlebars. People told me it wasn't good on the highway which was odd because I rode it 60 miles round-trip on the highway everyday to work. People told me you couldn't tour which was odd because I toured 23 states with it. People told me it wasn't good for taking a passenger along. Okay for this one I had to add a Mustang touring seat and a set of used Road King shocks but once I did that I was able to take a passenger and tow a small trailer behind my 883. After my experience I'm thoroughly convinced that most of what people tell you about Sportsters isn't something they know but rather something they're repeating without having a clue.
Amen!!!! James…..well my friend it’s hard to argue someone that’s done all that:) That is super cool man! Thanks for sharing Dude. I’m pinning this one to the top my friend :)
Just came across your informative video and humor! I’ve been really drawn to the Indian Scout bobber. They are bad ass thanks for the video and I totally subscribed.
My problem with the scout was year. My old man rode 1939 scout all over Europe during WWII, he raved about that bike. I started with a 50 cc mini bike at 5. Always dreamed about that Scout. 40 years ago cousin called to let me know he had found a 39 Indian. It was a 39 chief patrol bike. That's one bike that will never be sold. I hope I'll be around to ride it in 2039.
I was in a pandemic era funk, recently dumped, and turning 48. I was watching one of those silly Progressive commercials and saw a 2021 Scout Bobber ABS in Maroon Metallic Smoke and I was instantly smitten. If I was a cartoon dog, my eyes would have protruded grotesquely from my skull and my tongue would have rolled in and out of my mouth like a party favor. I'd never even owned a bike, but I called a dealer, sent a non-refundable deposit and anxiously waited almost 5 months for her arrival. And just like that, I was a member of "The Tribe." As you mentioned, I love how unique and rare it is to see an Indian, whereas Harleys are a dime a dozen. Also, watching how unmercifully South Park parodied Harley riders was the clincher . . . 😂
Yea south park is running out of things and people to parody. Its good that i dont let sp weigh in on my decisions. Otherwise wouldn’t allow myself to enjoy anything.
Good for you man to buy a bike to help get over the bad year...I was in same boat you are or were...lost a job....broken wrist...bad case of covid...and the worst my girlfriend broke it off with me to and crushed me cause we rode together and i redid her one bike and partially onother of her bike.Terrible year...but i to bought my second harley(used)but o well...Next year thinking i may get and indian for a 3rd bike...
Man, you nailed it! It's good to know that there are still smart people like you on this planet. I rode the Scout and loved it! I own a Sportster that I'm converting into a 1275cc cafe racer. My main bike is a 2022 Rocket 3 R, so, you see, I like big bikes and like small bikes. I like them all! My next one might be a single cylinder British bike. Why? Just because! I'm 67 and I'm not stopping. You don't stop riding because you are old, you get old when you stop riding! Be safe Brother!
I ordered an Indian Pursuit Dark Horse premium for the same reason… it’s not a Harley :) Nothing wrong with HD. My family rides HD I like to be different!
@@FASTLANEMOTO aw, common man! I like your channel 😜 I had ordered a Roadmaster last November. Within an hour of the Pursuit announcement I phoned my dealer and asked if I could change the order. Timing was perfect as the Roadmaster was scheduled to start build three days later! Hopefully I don’t have to wait too long for the Pursuit! Previous bike was BMW K1200lt I put 30,000 miles on her. Before that was a Honda Shadow Sabre. I’m make agnostic 😁
@@TechWestBrent right on dude…. Ok you can keep watching lol! Dude that’s a nice array of bikes. I’m stoked for you man The Pursuit is a super Suck bike man. Congrats. And thanks for the support dude it’s greatly appreciated.
You put into words my exact thoughts and experience in the bike buying journey! I had the same reactions about ppl calling some bikes "girly". And I also didn't want to be just another Harley.
a co-worker at my last job told me my iron 883 was too small for me.. i told her her, since we were making observations, her pants were too small for her... and she never spoke to me again. was it something i said?
Right on dude…..I completely understand…..the struggle is soooooo real lol! Congrats on the new Bike you’re gonna love it. What is the time frame they are thinking on having one ready for you?
@@FASTLANEMOTO I'm looking at a 8 to 10 weeks. The Indian website already has the order confirmed and the build is scheduled, no date showing though. And I had the same thing happen to me at the HD dealer. I was looking at the Forty Eight but they kept trying to push me to a Fat Bob or a Fat Boy, easily 8k+ over the Forty Eight.
@@erikc3621 yep seems like a tactic they use under the guise of making sure you’re happy with your purchase….. it’s like the carrot they dangle and then do the old bait and switch after your in the door…..feels a little sleazy to me. Thanks for watching bro and for the comments!
@@deric8610 Dude that must be hard to wait….. it’s like Christmas but without a definite date :/ When I was a kid I had a Free Boba Fett Star Wars figure coming in the mail …. The old please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery…… I sat by the mail box every day…. My Dad finally went and bought me one put it in a yellow envelope and typed out a fake letter from Kenner toys apologizing for the delay ……. A few weeks later the real one came and I had 2 lol….. great memory…..
Love this video. Thank you. The only problem is that now I have even more to think about for a second bike (currently riding a MT-07). I admit that the Scout has caught my eye. A test ride may be in order. Great content!
Thanks for the great information, looking for a new bike and been bouncing back and forth between Harley, Indian and Triumph. Like what you said about what feels right. I’ll let you know what I end up with. Leaning heavily on an Indian… cheers!
Right on!!!! No worries at all!!!! I LOOOOOOOVE talking about bikes ….heck I just like to talk lol! I love all the Bikes that you’re speaking of! If you get a chance to go to a demo day from any of those brands do it… send an email or go to your local shops website and see if one is coming to an area near you:)
Hey Bud! I own a 2k21 scout bobber and i just absolutely love the bullet-like feeling on a "cruiser". A black panter looking for charge describes it really well, because the handling feels like nothing else thanks to a really low center of gravity 😎
First time I sat on a scout after trying many others, just felt right. Been 2 years now that I've had my scout and still love the hell out of it. Let a buddy ride it and he bought one a year later lol
I own the Harley Iron Matte Black with short loud pipes, solo seat, drag bars, because to me it’s the coolest, meanest bike on the road and my bike would get lots of looks and compliments at work and the other bigger more expensive bikes with way more accessories didn’t draw as much attention and their owners would make ridiculous comments about my bike even when I would always compliment their bikes. I loved the bike because it was light and very easy for me to maneuver in tight places and very easy for me to transport by myself in my pickup. I totally agree that every rider is entitled to choose the bike they can afford and fits their style, and needs without unwarranted criticism. Ride and let Ride.
Thanks Dude for the comment! It’s awesome to hear the opinion of somebody with actual experience on the bike we are talking about….. I almost bought an older kinda beat up iron 883 punched to a 1200 with a tank lift risers drag bars pipes etc…. It was a bit roughy but man when I test road it I absolutely never felt like more of a bad ass!!!! I’m with you 100% dude just let people ride whatever makes them happy… too many people are just riding something out of peer pressure…. I mean if I was super into Honda Groms I would ride the hell outta that little bike who cares what somebody might think…. ….. so many just like the image of being a “Biker” which I can admit I like as well but ….are you having fun on the bike you ride is the bigger question :) Peace my friend!
I own a 2007 Harley 883 Sportser. I went on a ride with a guy on a Harley trike, and he complimented my bike that it looked so new, but then he proceeded to say, "You can ride a bigger one".
The individuality aspect was a big thing for me too. I get so many compliments on my bike and people going "what is it?" I love being different to everybody else, especially since every man and his dog seems to have a Harley Vrod around my area!
Got my first bike ever brand new. 2018 Indian Scout sixty. Been havin a blast just darting around and doing little custom things. Making a titanium shifter rod next. Bikes I'd get in a heartbeat. Triumph Bonneville bobber black Indian Challenger, Springfield vintage, FTR1200 Harley Night train, Soft tail Slim, Fat bob Victory Vegas, Jackpot, Octane. My 2018 scout made me love bikes. Everything else was just neat. Not a hot rod but a slick classy cruiser that has a respectable jump and go. Glad you got that bike that makes you love riding man. 😁👍
A Little late to the party but subbed! My main ride was an Indian Scout and the only reason I picked it up originally was the price! Brand New for $5k cheaper than the sporty I was looking at. But I still have that and am now building a Vicla Roadking. EDIT; I'm 6"5 and the sportster was WAY too small. After upgrading to the King I can tell you that the Scout is on the small side too, but really did it's job. I ride and shoot, so cruise added to the Scout was a game changer as well. 10/10 recommend.
Re 6:00 - Polaris dropped the Victory line in favor of Indian. Yes Vic sales were not as high as expected, though still profitable, but discontinuing Vics is not an issue.
The intro is exactly what happened to me. They treated me like absolute garbage at the harley dealer. Rolling their eyes when i asked to sit on the bike i wanted. After 15 minutes i ran over to the indian dealer and they were all excited about getting me to test one. Walked out with a brand new scout bobber😂
12:26 is what I’ve ALWAYS noticed. I like to be different as well. I test drove my first motorcycle from Indian, and it was the Challenger🥰. I haven’t bought one yet. it’s still a waiting game for me. I love the Scout Bobber’s style. I haven’t been on one yet, so I don’t know how it rides. I’am a fan of Indian simply because I had such a great experience with the dealership. As for Harley…………I’ve NEVER been on a Harley at all. But if I were to go that route, it would be the Road Glide for me. I love baggers. I have plans to own two bikes. A cruiser, and a bagger👌🏽. I would most likely get a Bobber first, before the bagger. Simply because the Bobber is roughly in my price range. I’am hoping to grab one this year🙏🏽. Great video👌🏽.
Thanks for commenting I’m super glad you enjoyed the vid. A motorcycle is a personal choice….no one should be telling you what to ride…. You should ride whatever bike sparks something inside of you ….. looks feel style and budget all come into play when choosing a bike. And if your not sure find out about local demo days for the brands you want to try out or there are rental programs for a lot of the major brands….. yeah it might cost you $100 or so to try one for a day but it’s $$$ well spent….a bike you may have thought you really wanted might not feel right for you at all :) Good luck on the search! Update me when you find the bike you want!
I actually went the opposite route. Had a 21 scout bobber and loved it for local streets but it was far from comfortable on the highway especially when it’s windy and since you are sitting like a taco on it. I spent a lot of money and headache to make the scout bobber comfortable but only ended up making it look ugly lol It’s not meant to be a highway cruiser at the end of the day. Also once you go above 75 miles, there’s a lot of vibrations. I now ride a 22 Harley fatbob 114 and while it’s heavier, it’s much better ride and comfort overall. Better in almost every way in my experience. Cheers!
Right on dude! I can dig it man! I will def agree Bobber is far better an around town bike and that’s mostly what I do (at least up to this point) I haven’t really noticed the vibrations you experienced weird……but I did come off a Rebel 300 before getting the Scout……..yeah that guy on the freeway feels like your riding a 10 speed lol!
@@FASTLANEMOTO Lucky you brother. I'm here in Dallas Texas and every where you go you have to take the damn highway lol Wish I was more in an urban city where I could ride more around town. That's what the Scout bobber was best at. Enjoy the scout bobber, it's still an amazing bike!
I'm 64 and have owned 40+ HD's and a handful of other brands. I'm also 6'1" and 270# and my latest bike is the Scout classic, and I'm comfy on it and everyone says I don't look too big for it.
I was dead set on a road king. Test rode one a few days before my wedding, and it was everything I dreamed of. Wife said house first, then dream bike. Fair point. While waiting I made the mistake of looking into Indians and really liked the chief bobber dark horse, and I went to sit on one and immediately fell in love. Salesman said the same thing to me that harley told you. "You're too big for this bike, but you'd like great on a Springfield....." I told him in coming off a yamaha bolt, the bobber is a tiny bit bigger, same weight, and more than twice the engine. He told me to just try sitting on the Springfield.... I said I HATE chrome, and I think the Springfield dark horse looks plasticy.... He said just humor me, we have one right here.... I didn't hate the pressure sales aspect, I hate that he was right lol I'm torn between the 2 and I honestly love the chrome on that bike, it looks like a museum piece. Only other bike I've ever liked chrome on was the breakout which also fit like a glove. To your point, bikes are cool! I've never seen someone frowning on a grom lmao
Ha!!! There’s where you went wrong…. You sat on it 😂 it’s all in what you want the bike to do and what you wanna spend. But yeah I get the point of house first then bike…..anywhoo good luck on the search and hope you get one that you love
@FASTLANEMOTO I'm sure I'll be happy with any of the bikes on my final list, or a sure as someone can be without real seat time. That's why they're on the list. It'd be nice to get down for when harley and Indian bring in the test trucks for some test rides.
Thank you! I’m a 6’5” man and I’ve been searching for a bike that I didn’t look awkward on. I finally gave up and decided on the bike I’ve had my heart set on for a while regardless of my size. And its an Indian
I really agree with what you said and like your new bike. I have an 06 883 Harley. It's the last of the carburators and I like that. I really love how the bike looks and it is big enough and has plenty of power. If I ever did change, which I don't think I will, I would get what you got. Thanks for the video.
I like how you said, “ There’s nothing more rebellious than thinking for yourself.” I like all bikes too. I hate when people hate and are so closed minded.
I'm not so sure if "I almost bought one a couple of times" really makes one a Harley lover. I'm thinking it's more like you have to own one for a few years and you have to put on tens of thousands of miles. That's what happened to me, back in '79. Back then I went to a dentist, and he checked my bite and he wanted to break my jaw to fix it. I asked him how much that would cost, and he said a few thousand dollars. Just to put that kind of money in perspective in a young man's mind, I said "I could buy a new Harley for that." He said, "Well you think about it." So, I did. I bought the Harley. It was either, "Get your jaw broke, or buy a Harley." Funny how things happen in life to help us make good choices.
Great story Ray thanks for sharing….. and if you think about it a trip to the right biker bar on that Harley and you could’ve got your jaw broke for free.
Great video and I have total respect for Harley Davidson and anyone that owns one. Unfortunately I haven’t found that to be reciprocal. I love my Indian Scout.
Thanks dude appreciate it man! Yeah unfortunately that tends to be the case more than it should be…. Pretty lame IMO. It’s up to folks like us to help change the culture :)
i don't understand some people's disgust with a dealership who won't allow test rides, at least for brand new bikes of a new model year. i get being disappointed as a customer, but it's completely understandable from the dealer's standpoint for numerous great reasons. and it's completely understandable to end up buying from a dealership that does allow that test ride, but i wouldn't knock the other dealership at all. i've bought brand new of a brand new model before w/o being able to test ride, and i've bought used from an established model after a short test ride.
Yeah I said rain…but honestly it had been sprinkling and had stopped 😂 but here if we only rode when the roads were dry we’d ride like 3 months out of the year lol
Dude, you are so damn funny. I looked at some Indian bikes but I’m getting back into riding after a 30 year break, so I bought a smaller bike and am enjoying a Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor. I’ll look for cruisers later when I’m more confident. Cheers, Dan
Hahahahah I try Dan 😂 Thanks for watching. Our local HD dealer recently started carrying Royal Enfield….There are some really cool models! Sub if ya haven’t! Blessings Brother!
I like what you had to say. As far as a sportster being a girls bike, here’s a thought for you, I had a 63 sportster once. I would dare any woman that thought she should ride it to just try and kick start it. Lol. I now have a 1600 Vulcan classic. Love it! It fits like you said.
I’ve heard tons of bad things about willamette Harley. They keep trying to get me to sell my current bike. But they have an Indian side now. And the owner had amazing cars.
Just to be clear I’m not saying anything bad about them. They have actually treated me really good 👍 it was nothing more than the comment that I was too big and it actually came from a friend who used to work there…. Just a poor sales tactic…..it seems to be pretty common to say that to people at a lot of different dealerships…..that also happened years ago now and a lot has changed there…. I really do like the owners and much of the staff. But yes they now have an Indian side and a Royal Enfield showroom as well:) pretty cool!!!!😎 Thanks for watching dude! Super appreciated!
I have two bikes, a harley wide glide and a ducati desert sled. I love both depending on my mood. I agree with everything you said. Ride what makes you happy. My first 2 bikes were Hondas, I miss them both, great bikes. As you said bullet proof. I worked with a woman that was barely 5'2" and 100 lbs, she rode a harley soft tail springer, she looked so tiny on that bike but she handled it like a pro so every bike is a "girl's" bike if that is what she wants.
i had to sell my Victory Vegas 8 ball cos all the mechanics around were not comfortable servicing an unfamiliar bike, however 5 years of ownership always ran perfectly! Was really keen on switching to the Indian Dark Horse but Harley gave me a really great trading price for a Breakout 114. Congrats on your purchase man Indian Scouts a great bike, hope you are not too "big" for it compared to Sportsters lol
Unfamiliar bike? Lmao! It's not some hybrid electric nuclear fueled motor. It's a v-twin like any other v-twin. Same wires, pistons, cylinders.. if anything It's easier. Less gaskets and simplified design. Smh
Let me just say that I happen to know - professionally - several of the designers at Indian. These guys are riders to their core. Polaris is NOT some faceless multi-national corporate entity. It's based in Minneapolis but was founded in the far north town of Roseau, Minnesota which borders Canada. Indian Motorcycles are made entirely in the US. The engines are cast and built in Osceola Wisconsin. They are designed in Medina, Minnesota. They are put through their paces by brilliant engineers in the small town of Wyoming, Minnesota. The final bikes are built in Spirit Lake, Iowa. They are hand-painted in Vermilion, South Dakota. Polaris rejuvenated the Indian Brand because they believed it had the balls to compete with Harley as an alternative American Motorcycle. They may be the underdog compared to Harley. But they seem to listen to riders. Yes, their dealer network is not quite as sophisticated as Harley. But it is improving. And frankly - damn (at least to me) - their bikes are beautiful.
i think it's amazing that this would have been a completely different video if that Harley salesperson had simply said this instead: "yeah, the Sportster is amazing bike. have you ridden one or sat on one before? before you make any decisions, have you ever been on a Street Bob? you may want sit on one here as well and just see how the ergonomics feel compared to the Sportster to make sure which one is going to feel better."
I bought an Indian scout in 2016, it’s been the best bike I’ve ever owned, super high quality, I’m extremely happy with my purchase more than 5 years later, never a single hiccup. 👍
@@FASTLANEMOTO thunder black scout, I turned it into a bobber before Indian came out with the bobber, loll. White wall tires, fender delete, drag bars, new lighting all around, intake and exhaust and had it remapped from factory. It’s completely custom, and it is as reliable as any bike I’ve ever owned. Polaris is doing a great job with the name in my opinion
I rode motorcycles for over thirty years before I got my first Harley-Davidson which was my 1999 Harley Sportster 883 I was an accomplished Rider not a beginner. I rode that bike over 20 years. I still have that bike. It is part of the family and will never be sold. It does not mean much to other people but it means a lot to me. So much stupid crap when you deal with a Harley that you don't have to deal with when you buy a regular motorcycle. Harley's Best Fuck The Rest. Well not any more.
I can totally relate to 'taking the different path'. I've ridden all the Indians at their demo days from the Scout 60 up to the Roadmaster Elite and they're all great bikes but the bobber is the sweetest looking. I've been riding since the 70s, have ridden a lot of different bikes and the only bike that ever gave me that "spark" was the 2010 Victory Vegas 'LE' which I ordered brand new in 2010. There were only 100 of them made (I have #29) so I have never seen another one. Now 12 years later I still ride that LE and it still gives me the ol' "spark" to this day. People still always stop me to check it out and even a lot of Victory owners didn't know about these Vegas LE bikes. Have fun on that new Scout Bobber and stay safe...you made a great choice!👍
An open question to all . . . I’m new to the market. I’ve scheduled my 1st riding class and I’m looking to buy my 1st motorbike. I’m torn between HD & Indian. My questions are: Why should I buy an Indian instead of a HD? Why should I buy a HD instead of an Indian?
I've never been a fan of HD, but I kind the aesthetic of the scouts, and I finally got the balls to test drive one, fell in love. I bought my Scout Bobber 60 Tuesday, got it delivered Friday. I will say Scouts are hard to come by now as they are in HIGH HIGH demand. But test drive, feel the aesthetic, whatever feels natural to you.
Find a dealer that understands that you're a newer rider, talk to them. Don't let a salesman try to talk you into buying. I met a guy at the Indian dealership in Fort Worth, Texas and he talked to me like I was human and he let test drive 2 different scout models. When we started the financing he even told me, "we don't have to do this today." Because he saw I was kind of hesitant, but we talked for hours about different models I should try out before deciding
@@caletate6293 cool thing is the Harley dealer here recently started carrying Royal Enfield and we just got word that they are adding Indian to their lineup!!!! So by September they are supposed to have an Indian Dealer pretty much next door!!!! Love it!!!! I think I’m doing a vid when they open up:)
Thanks dude! Appreciate the words of encouragement! And super appreciate you watching the vid! Hope you’re having a beautiful day in whatever part of the world you are in😎
Dude, my experience is exactly the same, our local HD dealer is super friendly, super helpful, and they want to help you walk out the door with whatever you were looking for. My local Indian shop, where I bought my bike earlier this week, were bothered that I was there, made the shopping experience terrible, and if it wasn't for me not wanting to drive 3 hours to another dealer, I'd have done so. I think they are a niche dealer and make enough money that they don't care if you buy something. Nice vid.
Right on dude! Yeah man these Indian Dealers just don’t seem to value their customers the way the HD ones do …. Polaris needs to make a consorted effort to connect with customers…. Their simply doesn’t seem to be any effort made to create a community of Indian riders….. I mean they are all in with big $$$ stuff like I Influencers and Company collars like Roland Sands and the King of the Baggers or Super Hooligan stuff(which I live BTW) but the “little guys “ who can’t give them anything don’t seem to get any attention….Indian needs to realize it’s the little guys like you and me they are spending our hard earned cash on their stuff and should focus on creating a community around it. I think part of the problem is “Indian” dealers usually share their showrooms with a bunch of other brands. Blessings dude 😎
Very well said my brother!!! YOU DO YOU!!! I've been wanting a motorcycle for over 20 years now and haven't gotten over yet. The cards I was dealt in life, cared more for my loved ones to make sure they had what they needed. Now I'm 44 and still no bike but I know one day I'll be blessed with one. I've been looking at a used Honda Shadow Phantom for my first bike. Like you said, Patience. Great video my brother.
Thanks Jessie. I super appreciate that:) I’ve ridden dirt bikes when I was younger but didn’t get my first street bike till I was in my late 40’s so you could still beat me to it:) It doesn’t have to be a bike as expensive or powerful as a Harley or an Indian … my first was a Rebel 300 and it was a ton of fun and not too expensive… plus the insurance is way cheap on a bike of that size and they get incredible gas mileage like almost 80 mpg so they practically pay for themselves. I haven’t made a vid on it yet but I just got myself a new commuter specific bike which is the Royal Enfield Hunter 350…. They have some really cool different bikes in their lineup that are very reasonably priced… come with a 3 year unlimited mile factory warranty and get around 80 mpg…. Insurance for me is $18 a month. Anyways happy bike hunting and let me know what you finally end up with:) blessings my friend
The ONLY thing a Sporter needs is a bit more front end/rake to lengthen it about 6-8" (forward wheel centerline on the ground) and it would be awesome.
True kinda like the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 is kinda just a bigger version of the 350 meteor with a few upgrades …aesthetically very similar…..none of Harley’s other bikes have that same old school chopper potential as a Sportster ….I like many of HD’s other bikes but they just don’t have the same look. Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment. :)
Solid advice. I enjoyed the vid! I’ve been a HD rider for years and have always kept my eye on Indian. My latest is a 2021 sportster 48 and I love it in more ways than one. Style, feel and nostalgia if that makes sense. I’ve dropped about $6K on it in upgrades while keeping it strongly based in an old school style. You see lots all blacked out and modern drag looking sportsters with LED upgrades which is cool, but I kept with the 1948 theme and have had a blast tinkering with the chrome/black balance without going too modern. The only thing that kept me from getting an Indian was that they looked “complete” to me. I was anxious to make my new bike unique and my own by doing a lot of customization. Indians have awesome motors that put out more power than HD in the comparable size, and for that I know I’ll get one one day. Couldn’t agree with you more about size/bike ratio, don’t let anyone ever tell you you’re too big or the bikes too big. Ride it for yourself and decide. I Look forward to vids of you sharing your experience with your new Indian. Cheers mate! You’ve gained a sub 👊🏼
Thank you for the “rant” about female riders and the part about riding what you want people always try to tell me that my bike isn’t meant for long ride but I’m comfortable on it for longer ride so it doesn’t matter what it’s meant for. W
I’m 5.3” I ride the Indian scout for two years now and I’m still so in love with it you can see it on my face every time I get on it…keep on riding, cheers!
Bought my 2020 Softail Standard used last November. I love the bike, there's nothing wrong with it other than no matter how much care I take of it, the wheel spikes rust like crazy. Otherwise it's a great bike.... but part of me regrets not just spending the couple extra G's and buying a new Indian Chief.
Bummer about the wheel man but I do love the softails as well :) Hopefully you can either find a solution or eventually switch em out. You could possibly get em powder coated?
Thanks Zach appreciate you watching. Rogue is a sweet bike :) they are about to reveal a new Scout on April 2nd so it will be interesting to see what’s surprises are in store :)
I got off my Honda Shadow RX. Seller remorse. I was going through some health issues, but now I am jonesing. I just got back from the Indian dealer. I like the scout & the Chief. I am waiting until Spring, & hoping for a used opportunity. I prefer used. It is how I grew up, nice & simple. I love that you brought up that Sportsters are for everyone. I worked with a woman that gave hell to a guy because her hubby had it in her head they were for girls. So narrow and F'd up. How do you feel about the Indian sound on the road?
Right on Elew! Thanks for sharing….I like the sound of my Scout…I’ve got the stage 1 intake and stage 1 slip on straight pipes from Indian and I think it has a really nice tone. Now I wouldn’t say it sounds exactly like a Harley or anything but definitely sounds nice and gives the bike a really nice aggressive feel when you roll the throttle.
i love the “its not a beginner bike” point a lot. I’ve been looking into the Iron883 a ton because my uncle has one and they are SICK looking bikes but every time i’d go on reddit everybody kept mentioning how they’re “not enough power” “too small” or girl/beginner bikes” this threw me for a loop because my dad and uncles have all come from honda shadows and other 700-800ish CC bikes and i never saw them as smaller or beginner bikes. they’ve been riding for close to 20 years now and they absolutely love their “beginner” bikes
When I was looking at bikes I went to look at an 883 as well. Sat on it, didnt feel right to me. Looked at a Honda Rebel and loved it. Bought that bike and never looked back until my local dealer has a used 21 Scout with 3 miles on it. Then I test drove that and loved it. Needless to say I have the Scout now have not looked back. 3000 miles since March this year. Great stuff on your channel!!
Why would Harley ever downsize a Sportster? Were they trying to kill it? Were they trying to upsell you? When I first heard of 883 it didn't make any sense. I still don't get it.
I think the 883 is good in the Harley line and a good starting place but yes the 1200 is such a jump in the right direction. I do wish HD had a bike that was at a better entry level price point so it didn’t seem out of reach to younger riders/people with less of a budget….. but I guess Roles Royce doesn’t have an entry level car accessible to the average joe…..IDk that’s why I supported the 883 as an option ….still a Harley through and through but at a price that was obtainable. Anywhooo thanks for watching and taking the time to share your thoughts 😎
I guess your not willing to pay $24,000 for a Motorcycle .. I bought a new 1979 Z-28 Camaro for $7,190.00 and I bought a new 2016 Yamaha FZ-07 in 2017 for $7,400.00 Then this summer I bought a 2008 Buell Ulyssess with side cases and top case for $4,500.00 It had 15,400 miles on it ..
Great video as usual sir 😊 I got a RE Shotgun and it is an amazing ride but I’m looking to upgrade to an Indian Chief Bobber dark horse! I fell in love with it as I wanted a cruise control for my long rides. I was aiming for the Scout Classic but it had no CC and the dealer told me to check the Chief! Loved it a lot but it’s a completely different beast than my RE Shotgun.
On point video Dude! Briefly rode a '72 Sportster in the early 80's. I weighed 155. Was told to plant the bike in the ground so it could grow into a real Harley.
Hahahahah! Wow…:yeah ya can’t fix stupid you know? It’s such a tired narrative… that’s a girls bike……thanks not a real Harley……etc etc etc! I mean come up with a new insult at least 😂 Thanks for watching and dropping a comment dude! Much appreciated!
Fast Lane first time viewer. Nice job you kept me listening, I agree with your word of wisdom. Keep up the good work by the way I ride a 2015 Honda Shadow Aero.
I have a nephew who wants a bobber style bike. he was looking at a Yamaha Stryker. just for the heck of it I was looking at the Indian scout bobber to help him look around to find a bike. I actually find the Indian scout bobber very interesting and wonder if I would like riding one.. I see a lot of mixed reviews on Indian bikes... some like them some hate them...
I’d personally be surprised if you didnt like it once you got in the saddle and took it out for a spin….I absolutely thought it was such a cool looking bike but it wasn’t until I rode it that I absolutely fell in love. Nice low center of gravity makes you feel really confident and the smooth throttle response with plenty of power will surprise you…. It’s just a bike with a very refined feel. 🤓
Right on I.C.B!!!! That’s awesome dude! You see Shadetree’s vid of him and his niece riding those 2 Silverwings from Portland Oregon to Florida? Sooooo cool! Thanks for watching like and Sun if ya haven’t! Blessings!
If i buy a Sportster it feels like it will push me to keep upgrading. With the Indian Scout Sixty i don’t feel like wanting to upgrade to the Chief as it feels to be already top of the line
Kinda depends on the riding you want to do…. Some people who just love the size of smaller bikes and mostly want to do commuting and shorter trips are fine with any of the bikes you mentioned….. if you wanna do longer trips you will want to upgrade
"There is nothing more rebellious than thinking for yourself" - Amen to that!
Right????? Ha thanks man! Dare to think for yourself!!!!! Thanks for the Comment Hector!
Can't argue that. Do what you do though.
Love you're vedo right on brother. I'm in the philippines heading to las vegas Soon. to work But came across this indian motorcycle that's actually drive me crazy have to have it maybe I'm going through a midlife crisis but whatever it is i love it. You're right about harley davidson but what do I know i never road a motorcycle in my life. I need to before my life ends. Iv done a lot of crazy things in my life flying trapeze people said you can't do that i wine up on ringling brothers circus lol and otherfamous circuses around the world. So now I won't that indian motorcycle. I will go to class to learn what ever it takes I'm getting that bike lol I think it's the one you have. take care brother talk to you soon I can't wait to get back to work. I'm would of Ben in Vegas by now but immigration wouldn't let me leave because I guess you have to have a visa for korea I'm like what the f... and a clearance certificate as well amongst other things it's crazy but I think i have everything I need now so I can get the hell out of here. Soon. God bless take care soory I give you a ear full lol
Vegas bound !!!!
it's all about art of the being outside of the box..
You wanna know why I got an Indian instead of a Harley? You don’t see everyone riding around on Indians. I wanted something different than what everybody else has.
Agreed Stephen……. I love rarely seeing another bike like mine around town :)
Way bettet bike anyway
I live in York,pa where Harley’s are made. I’m gonna get an Indian cause Harley’s are everywhere 😂😂
@guitaristwagner right on! 👍 Gotta agree there is a sea of em
That's why I bought a Victory 👍
@noctis8596 yeah it kinda just depends on the particular dealership:)
Don’t be so sensitive lol. Majority of people make bad decisions buying sportsters only to trade them in a year later bc they realize they ARE too big and want more out of a motorcycle. He was prob trying to save you some financial heartache
@@nickricholetti754In a way, he did. I bought a Japanese bike instead lol
Ha!!! Thanks for sharing Bram!
been riding for 13 years and I just bought a new Indian Scout Bobber.
Amen 🙏
Right on dude! Thanks for watching and taking the time to share your perspective 😎Hope it’s a great Friday for ya!
That's awesome, how did they sweeten the deal?
That Indian is a bit special good choice and you're right it doesn't matter what other people (particularly sales people) think...
Thanks ☺️
the same thing happened to me with my Indian Scout 60 2021, I just love this bike to death. my best days are when I am on my Indian!
Oh hell yes. That’s fantastic.
Even Pancho Villa had one.

Thanks Rich! Agreed to me it looks like a piece of art! The lines just flow so nicely! Pure class!
Great points David! Thanks for watching Dude!
Ya !
@@FASTLANEMOTO atta boy... thats very cool!
What does not Beleiving in an Imaginary God in the Sky "Agnostic" Have to do with Motorycles ?? @Robert Hanson >???
I was thinking a Harley sportster 48 when I was looking to switch from sport bikes …. Loved the look rode one and it just didn’t feel right …. Found an Indian dealer rode the scout 1200 feeling love put a deposit down same day They just have such a different feel. And not many around.
Absolutely Jillian! Such a smooth bike and better balanced than a sportster honestly…. And I agree it’s cool to be unique :) thanks for the comment and watching g the vid🤓
Customization of HD is not advantage but the necessity to make it at least a somewhat rideable motorcycle.
Ha!
Right on Aaron!!!! Roadmaster Darkhorse is Sick dude!!!!!!

@@orangewhip115 So funny Dude! What part of the country/ world are you in?
@@FASTLANEMOTO I’m from Italy but I live in Salt Lake City Utah! What about you?
Right on my friend! Thanks for sharing your experience :)
Just came across your informative video and humor! I’ve been really drawn to the Indian Scout bobber. They are bad ass thanks for the video and I totally subscribed.
Right on appreciate that! Yeah I try and be funny but it doesn’t always work 😂. Yep the Scout is super sweet!
Also, watching how unmercifully South Park parodied Harley riders was the clincher . . . 😂
Hahahaha right on dude!!!! Unfortunately I was recently refered to in comment as looking like on of those South Park motorcyclist lol!!!!!
Yea south park is running out of things and people to parody. Its good that i dont let sp weigh in on my decisions. Otherwise wouldn’t allow myself to enjoy anything.
Agreed!

Hey Bud! I own a 2k21 scout bobber and i just absolutely love the bullet-like feeling on a "cruiser". A black panter looking for charge describes it really well, because the handling feels like nothing else thanks to a really low center of gravity 😎
Right on Klaus! Thanks for watching Dude!
First time I sat on a scout after trying many others, just felt right. Been 2 years now that I've had my scout and still love the hell out of it. Let a buddy ride it and he bought one a year later lol
Right on “Inappropriate” lol!!!!!
Ha….. yes you can ride a bigger one… but you may or may not want to 😂
The individuality aspect was a big thing for me too. I get so many compliments on my bike and people going "what is it?" I love being different to everybody else, especially since every man and his dog seems to have a Harley Vrod around my area!
@Marc Miller! Yes sir!!! Same here dude it’s a conversation starter everywhere I go. Dare to be different lol!
I ride a Kawasaki mean streak and it’s definitely an attention grabber in the sea of HD glides in my area .
Got my first bike ever brand new. 2018 Indian Scout sixty. Been havin a blast just darting around and doing little custom things. Making a titanium shifter rod next.
Bikes I'd get in a heartbeat.
Triumph Bonneville bobber black
Indian Challenger, Springfield vintage, FTR1200
Harley Night train, Soft tail Slim, Fat bob
Victory Vegas, Jackpot, Octane.
My 2018 scout made me love bikes. Everything else was just neat. Not a hot rod but a slick classy cruiser that has a respectable jump and go.
Glad you got that bike that makes you love riding man. 😁👍
You have great taste in bikes Jonathan!!!! :)
Right on dude! Better late than never lol!
Thanks for sharing your experience dude!

You sat on it 😂
it’s all in what you want the bike to do and what you wanna spend.

Great story Ray thanks for sharing….. and if you think about it a trip to the right biker bar on that Harley and you could’ve got your jaw broke for free.

i don't understand some people's disgust with a dealership who won't allow test rides, at least for brand new bikes of a new model year. i get being disappointed as a customer, but it's completely understandable from the dealer's standpoint for numerous great reasons. and it's completely understandable to end up buying from a dealership that does allow that test ride, but i wouldn't knock the other dealership at all. i've bought brand new of a brand new model before w/o being able to test ride, and i've bought used from an established model after a short test ride.
1:43 Bruh that’s standard procedure lmao, nobody lets you test ride in the rain
Yeah I said rain…but honestly it had been sprinkling and had stopped 😂 but here if we only rode when the roads were dry we’d ride like 3 months out of the year lol

Thanks for sharing that dude! I gotta say I think they are beautiful as well 😎
Great thinking, just bought a new Sport Chief in smoke black which is the exact bike I’ve wanted for some time and they finally made it!
Awesome Dude! 👍
i think it's amazing that this would have been a completely different video if that Harley salesperson had simply said this instead: "yeah, the Sportster is amazing bike. have you ridden one or sat on one before? before you make any decisions, have you ever been on a Street Bob? you may want sit on one here as well and just see how the ergonomics feel compared to the Sportster to make sure which one is going to feel better."
Totally dude. I’m always open to ideas and options but Hd has gotta stop telling people what bike they want😎

@@Daveyboy28 Dude that sounds sick! Right on man!
Right on Frank! Thanks for the comment!
Right on Richard keep Rockin man!!!!!
An open question to all . . .
I’m new to the market. I’ve scheduled my 1st riding class and I’m looking to buy my 1st motorbike.
I’m torn between HD & Indian.
My questions are:
Why should I buy an Indian instead of a HD?
Cale thanks for jumping in and sharing your experience! Super cool!
@@FASTLANEMOTO thank you bruv, sucks that you had a bad experience with Indian dealers, there's a crap ton of dealers in Texas
Love the commentary, I agree 100% with it. Thanks man!
Thanks dude! Appreciate the words of encouragement! And super appreciate you watching the vid! Hope you’re having a beautiful day in whatever part of the world you are in😎
Not only great bike buying advice......great life advice. Safe travels.
Thanks Jay T!!!! Happy 4th to you keep it safe and somewhat legal tonight lol!!!!!
Welcome to the Scout Club!
Right on Dude!!!! Love that classic look! The 48 is a beautiful bike without a doubt! Thanks for the Sub!!!!!
Becomes a man’s bike soon as it jump on it 😎
Hahahahahaha that is the best comeback I’ve ever heard!!!! 😂 hahahahahahahah
Just got pinned to the top bro!
Thank you for the “rant” about female riders and the part about riding what you want people always try to tell me that my bike isn’t meant for long ride but I’m comfortable on it for longer ride so it doesn’t matter what it’s meant for. W
Hahahaha! My pleasure Danielle!
I like the way you express your opinion. Very informative, man!)
Thanks dude! Appreciate you watching 🤓
I’m 5.3” I ride the Indian scout for two years now and I’m still so in love with it you can see it on my face every time I get on it…keep on riding, cheers!
Right on Gonzalo! Super cool dude!!!!
"Why I Bought An Indian Over A Harley Davidson" because I sit to pee...
Yes you do …..thanks for sharing
Great video. Currently thinking about getting the Indian Scout Rogue.
Great point Mark!!!
Dude that’s wild! You pretty much took the same journey as me:) thanks for watching appreciate it :)
Awesome dude!!! The Chief is a mean machine man! Thanks for the kind words!
I mean come up with a new insult at least 😂
Thanks for watching and dropping a comment dude! Much appreciated!
Fast Lane first time viewer. Nice job you kept me listening, I agree with your word of wisdom. Keep up the good work by the way I ride a 2015 Honda Shadow Aero.
Right on Ronald! Thanks for the atta boy! Love Hondas :)
I just bought a 2006 Honda Silverwing and stoked to learn as a 46 year old newbie. It's a 2 wheeled sofa with a built in trunk and lovin it.
I fully agree with you! This is a great experience sharing, deserving a lot more subs!!
Thanks so much Georgia!!!! Appreciate that:)
