amazing recipe! The idea of combining Japanese cuisine (easily one of my favourite cultures to borrow recipes from), and Mexican (another really solid choice in terms of recipes), clearly creates one of the better fusions I've seen in a while.
Japanese cuisine? I'm just curious about that because in China we usually serve it while drinking alcohol. It's named Qianlong cabbage translated literally in Chinese. Qianlong is an emperor back in Qing dynasty.😂
Chef Ramsey is the absolute greatest ever, I have followed all of his cooking tips and Videos and I am so grateful to him because I am a much better cook because of him. So Thank you so much for all your knowledge and help. It was like he was in my kitchen with me step by step. Every one should learn from the greatest Chef in the world.
Wonderful viewing...Loved the Taco folding technique ,very cool and a great way to hold fillings..I sometimes make Stuffed Papad (poppadum) Cones which is papads cut into half to form a semicircles ,then roasted and kept on a plate and rolled into a cone while still warm ..cooled to form a crisp cone ,it is then filled with chopped tandoori chicken pieces , onions , coriander and served with a green and tomato sauce or chutney...
Each country have their authentic dishes..But when the dishes travel outside the country the dishes are adapted to suit the country they are made in , to suit the palate of the local cuisine...Have tasted TexMex in Texas ...I think it's cool its flavors are a beautiful blend...
I’ve recently been watching masterchef from season 1 and chef Ramsay pretty much looks exactly the same as he did 12 years ago! He’s a living example of how quality healthy food impacts the appearance.
I've been watching cooks because my mother was in the British Army.Your down to earth,a family man and is not regulated in speaking your mind.If they are no good in the catering profession you will tell them, find another career.
I rarely watch Gordon Ramsay since I m uninterested in cooking but I started to watch Gordon Ramsay like sometimes because my cousins watches professional videos on their yt. Tbh watching Gordon Ramsay and other UA-camrs cooking makes me want to learn cooking and baking. Thanks Gordon Ramsay for making me realize to become somebody and stop doing stupid shits 👍
Gordon is a true profesisonal, as a chef and as an entertainer. He's like the Tom Cruise of cooking TV lmfao. But I admire that he always stays true to himself
When l have to go to school early to take a test, my mom makes me cake It is a good breakfast option, and it also delicious. I used to stay clam after eating it because I got less nervous I feel like I do better on tests when i eat it in the morning. I’m looking forward to taking it in my lunch box on my national exam day
If Michelangelo were a chef his name would be Gordon Ramsey!!! GR is a master like no other. His contributions to the sum total of knowledge of cooking are now without rival.
I LOVE the idea of toasting the white corn tortilla on the stove. I was about to insult you for the sacrilege of putting sesame oil into this, but the simple fact that you used soft, white corn tortillas absolves you of any crime. Would have been nicer to see how to use achiote properly... Still going to save my sesame oil for my stir-frys, though.
To everyone who sees this comment, keep pushing in life and never give up. Can't wait to see you successful one day and May God bless you!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You ever try working with Chef Michael Smith from PEI? He's not super outside your wheelhouse, but he understands flavour, local food, and the customer.
Who does his HAIR? I think I've watched 1000 of his videos and his food always looks great but his hair is always so perfectly done but undone. I want that look!
Interesting, the pans are not Hexclad which he claims to use at home. Why not? The food looks wonderful, I just get a bit bent out of shape over celebrity endorsements of products they don't use.
I’m such a big fan I’ve watched all of the episodes of master chef junior and I really want to be in it but I’m still learning how to cook and I even got the master chef junior cook book
Listening to Gordon talk while he cooks is so calming and soothing. It's a nice contrast to hearing him yell at someone to fuck off in the kitchen

It’s not even a Japanese cuisine. Mexican and Asian combination is always weird even when they’re dating hahahaha
Imagine if Gordon Ramsey narrated his life the way he narrates cooking
Door. Open. Behind you. Close. Incredible
Put. The steak. In. To the pan.
@@Jpw824These two comments made me laugh my ass off 😂
Another thing I’ve noticed lately is he pronounces beautiful as beautful, he doesn’t really say the i
@@Jpw824 Yeah, like the second “i” in “olivol” (olive oil).
Let the hinge do the work, beautiful
I love this recipe. You've posted this same video probably 20 times on your channel. Never gets old

The tacos: amazing. I made them for dinner this evening, a very nice summer dish with a cold beer here in the Aussie summer! Thanks GR
This man is saving my life right now. Just getting over the stomach flu couldn’t eat the pass few days and watching these videos is a beyond helpful
He is one of the most passionate and serious about his work I have ever seen. No wonder he raised to top.
There’s a reason why you’re the most popular chef in the world. Has many hit tv shows. He knows what his audience likes.
I love his Hotel Hell show.

I assume you haven't forgotten to make Part 2 of Mastering the Kitchen?
I learned something new today in using marinade after cooking. I've always wondered about it.
Another great video Gordon. I appreciate you uploading these because I love what you cook. I hope you're doing well. 🙂
You mean "another great old video Gordon. I appreciate you recycling these because.....etc etc"
What a nice guy
Gordon: *tries something new*
Gordon: Beautiful
UA-cam chefs: *tries something new*

Mex/Korean or German/Italian/ Moroccan. WOW what a gastric overload! But while you are dying, what heavenly flavors!

A baking chef. If doing that isn't what they all hate with a passion.
From Mexico 🇲🇽.... that taco... na
Ni de pedo

Gordon should lend his voice to those audioble books/e-book.
someone shouldve gifted this man a tablespoon for christmas.
I hate to say that Jack Scalfani used to be the best Chef until his stroke. Now it's Gordon.
If Michelangelo were a chef his name would be Gordon Ramsey!!! GR is a master like no other. His contributions to the sum total of knowledge of cooking are now without rival.
My all time fav Chef. Very delicious recipe.
Everything looks so delicious.
Be inspired? Every time I see you cook I get inspired to cook something
3:43 ABSOLUTE BLASPHEMY!!! I pray my mother never has to see this! If she did, Gordon would be condemned to the chancla!
I've used rice wine and sesame seed oil before. I love those ingredients.
I love these quick dishes.
Im so glad theres one thing i can cook better than Gordon

That time Chef Ramsay told you to "take your time." 👀
It’s not actually a sponge classic cake, but it is delicious. I make it with nuts and chocolate.
Cabbage in a burnt tortilla bread? Yum yum.
Happy new year Chef
1st video of 2023 and it’s great 👍🏻 I love the cake simple and delicious thank you chef 🙂
Steak looks da bomb
I'm hispanic and I approve of the taco.
Nuts, cake mix, nuts and coconut, cool whip
Never seen a tortilla toasted over an open flame. Cool.
Glad to see Sergeant Gilbert reporting for duty lol if you know you know.

I have to try this great job Gordon
You ever try working with Chef Michael Smith from PEI? He's not super outside your wheelhouse, but he understands flavour, local food, and the customer.
I need him as a chef in my restaurant
I could have just finished a thanksgiving meal and be stuffed…but if I watch one of these videos after I would become hungry again
GOOD CHEF
Placing the taco directly on the gas ring is a recipe for disaster 😂😂
Gordon is a treasure
Before I die can I have some of your best dishes my favorite chef

Where are the hexclad pans? Aren’t we all supposed to be buying those and using them for everything for 10 years? 🥘♥️
